I hired Jeff N Carl many years ago to install a tankless water heater at my business. That was a quick and efficient process so when we had some major work needed at our home I called them again. It's tough to trust someone jackhammering in your home but these guys took good care of things. I wouldn't say they are the cheapest but they stick to the price they quote you. I my case once the sewer line was exposed and we could see what we where working with, they gave me options and re-quoted the job based on the path we chose. Overall these guys are good communicators and when a few things didn't go exactly as planned, they let me know right away and worked with us to get the job done. Side note, they were kind and patient with my dogs which was a plus.

These guys are the best. Not long after purchasing our home the furnace started breaking down. I had 3 other companies come out and each of them said it was a lost cause and would need a complete replacement at a pretty huge cost due to the age and configuration of our unit. Luckily I decided to have one more company come out, Jeff-N-Carls, and the worker decided to try and fix it. He could have easily said that it needed replacement, but instead he spent 3-4 hours trying it all, figuring that if it's already broken, why not at least try? Well, he got it done. It's been over a year and it's still working perfectly. They saved us thousands of dollars by going the extra mile. It's rare to find people who are so incredibly trustworthy and nice in this line of business, and my wife and I are incredibly grateful they're around. I wouldn't call anyone else for heating/plumbing/ac/etc. work after that experience. Highly recommend.

I must commend Jeff-N-Carl for their professional service. Carl, did an outstanding job of diagnosing my air flow problem and mentioned that drywall would need to be removed to address my problem and he clearly stated that although his company would remove the drywall and correct the air flow problem that his company does not reinstall drywall. It was then agreed upon that I should contact my insurance agent and see if this is covered in my home insurance policy. But, what really stood out was the time and professionalism that Carl gave me as a client during this free inspection and I would definitely recommend Jeff-N-Carl to anyone that has any heating and/or plumbing issues.
