A/C stopped working on a Friday morning and they were able to get Tim out Saturday morning to our house. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and we had a working A/C in about 45 min. Tim was very thorough, professional, and arrived right on time. Love that they are a veteran owned company, too! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

AC went out around 7pm, Jeff-n-Carl's were super fast to respond and had a technician at my house by 5pm the next day. Truly incredible communication and service.

Our technician, Tim, was prompt, respectful, and able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. He walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the work being performed.

The price was fair based on what others were quoting and frankly the value of next day service on the hottest weekend of the year can't be understated. The house is back to being cool and the family will sleep well tonight. Definitely earned my business in the future for HVAC and plumbing problems.

JnC Plumbing got angry with me when I told them another plumber got the job. The appointment they wanted was after the first plumber, their choice, not mine. I needed the work done ASAP so I hired the first guy. Had they been more responsive to my need, they probably would have gotten the job. But that doesn't excuse the anger they threw at me when they found out I had hired someone else.

Thought I started the day with a simple overflow in my water heater. Called Jeff-N-Carls plumbing and had Tim at the door shortly thereafter. Thank Goodness because my Water heater had a crack in it, before the hour was up i would have water draining out of the garage. Tim worked his butt off for the next 6-7 hours getting our problem solved and saving the day. Will be handling future plumbing problems with this company.

Another 5 star experience with Jeff-N-Carl's! Carl came by several times to problem solve the issue with our AC whereas another company had told us we should just replace everything at a very high price. Carl got the work done, fixed the problem and got we very responsive with scheduling. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.

I contacted Jeff-N-Carl's Plumbing after my A/C stopped cooling. Less than 24 hours after reaching out, Carl was at our home to diagnose the issue. He was able to diagnose the issue and make rhetorical repair very quickly and had our A/C back up and running. Very happy with the experience and will be calling them in the future when in need!

These guys are AWESOME!!! Tim came out today to fix a big leak under my house and he did a FABULOUS job. He was quick, efficient, explained everything so that we could actually understand it all (!), and the price was very fair. He was also professional, friendly, and even my dog loved him. I've had Carl out to my house twice before for heating and air and he was really good, too. I highly recommend this company and totally trust them. I'm going to buy a new kitchen faucet and will call them back to install it. As Tony the Tiger says..... THEY'RE GREAT!!!

Technician, Tim (very respectful and professional), came out same-day for a thorough system diagnostic and got my A/C up and running before the heat wave expected this week.
