I'm not sure what has changed with this company, I saw the good reviews but they couldn't have been more wrong. I had a terrible experience with them, they were rude and very unprofessional, I would never have them work for me again!

I have three house so it's really important to have a great plumber and Jeff is just that. Big or little job Jeff treats everything the same with his high level of professionalism and expertise. No doubt he can get busy but he always comes through. Thank you Jeff!

Someone erroneously listed this business as closed. They are most definitely open for business and just finished a fantastic job at my house.
About a month ago, I discovered that I had a slab leak. For those who don't know what this is, it's where the pipes that bring water into your house run through a concrete slab under the house. Sometimes these leak, and it's a major hassle trying to 1) find the leak (you hire a leak detector for about $200); and then 2) patch the leak (you have to tear up the floor/tile, patch it, and then replace the damaged floor.
There were three basic ways to fix this problem. The cheapest was locating the leak and breaking through the floor and fixing it. I would have to have a tile repair service fix the damaged floor. The second solution was to have them shut off the leaking line and re-pipe that line through the house. The problem here was that the other two lines could eventually leak. The third solution was to simply re-direct the plumbing from under the house to through the walls- lots of holes in the wall, pipes redirected, and painting/patching. Still- this was the best option.
I contacted one local plumber (Anytime Plumbing), and they gave me three estimates, and applied a ""discount"" to each for the referral from a neighbor. They were approximately $1800, $3000, and $5500. When I told the plumber from Anytime I wanted a written estimate first before making a decision, he became miffed but left me the estimate anyway.
I talked to a couple other plumbers who came in a little cheaper, but not much. Finally on the strong recommendation of a friend, I contacted Jeff Morrow. I am so happy I did.
He showed up at my house that day and walked me through each option, giving frank assessments of each one. He's a super likeable, trustworthy guy and you never feel like he's trying to upsell you services you don't need- he gives you the pros and cons of each solution.
I decided to go with the most expensive one- re-plumbing the house so the water came in through the walls instead of through the slab under the house. Jeff had a crew working the next day. He himself stopped by once a day, and sometimes called at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of the workers.
The job took about a week, beginning to end, during which I was out of town for three days. The workers had full access to my house while I was gone, and they left it just as clean as they found it. They were polite, trustworthy, and personable.
When the plumbing was done, Jeff brought a guy in to fill in all the holes in the drywall that had been opened for the new plumbing (about 20 holes total), and by the time the guy finished patching and painting, you couldn't tell anything had been done. Just amazing.
Jeff came by again to walk through everything and make sure I understood what they did and that I was happy with the work. Oh, and in the course of the work, he pointed out a few serious defects (rotting pipes) that I had not been aware of and that were on the way to being major water damage sources. Jeff just had his guys pick up the parts and they threw the labor in with the regular work they were doing.
They fixed the plumbing problem, they re-patched the house, and they did about a thousand dollars worth of additional work and were still over a thousand dollars less than the estimates that I had received.
Quality work, professional workmen, and a conscientious owner make this company an easy five star rating. I'd give them six if I could.
