Showed up 3 hours after the said they would, left all the sewage they pulled from the drain IN MY SHOWER and all over the floor. Next day, problem came back. We called, scheduled an appointment and he never showed up. Now he will not answer any of our messages or call us back. Got a new plumber to come out, he took one look at the problem and said """"you must have used Jeff Jones. We are always having to come behind them and fix things."""" Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend him.
