My mother's spring water pump just recently went out, and it took me quite awhile to find a plumber who works on well pumps. Luckily I got the recommendation to call Jeff, and immediately after talking to him just a few seconds I could tell he was the person for the job b/c I had to describe very little in relation to what I was wanting them to repair. He at first mentioned he had a job so it may take 4 days before he could come out, but two days later he was able to move me up so it only took him 3 days to get to me. I also REALLY appreciate how responsive he was to my text messages. I wasn't present to observe the actual work, but my mother said he was very professional. Good deal overall and excellent work! Highly recommended plumber!

Update for my previous review: Nearly 3 years later and I need a plumber again. My auto mechanic (the best), recommends Jeff Harris, so I decide to try him again. While not an emergency, I have no cold water in the kitchen, so of some import. Very friendly on the phone. Available Wednesday or Friday at my convenience. We settle on Wednesday after 1PM. He'll call when he's on his way. It is now Friday of the following week and no word at all. This guy is a flake.
