I have to reiterate how amazing Jeff and his team are! From Denae at the office to every single plumber who works for Jeff. We have used them for multiple different issues inside and outside. They are so fast to respond, sometimes within an hour if they have someone near by. I know they have lots of projects and clients, but you really feel like you are a priority, no matter how small the job. Jeff will also give his honest opinion and NEVER over sales, in fact if he thinks something is not needed he will let you know. He also will give you the most cost-effective solution. He also is an advocate for his clients when it comes to third party companies he buys his supplies from. This is a plumbing company you can trust!

Looking for a honest plumber Beware of this one.
On Mother's Day of this year my 85 year old mother in-law had a pin hole leak in a copper pipe up in the ceiling. I cut out the ceiling, pulled out the insulation, located the leak and patched up the hole temporarily with water proof putty that hardens.
An acquaintance referred me to Jeffrey Frankel Plumbing in Simi Valley. One of his plumbers came out and spent 45 minutes splicing in a new 8 inch section of copper pipe, then just wrapped it in tape because it was rubbing up against the black drain pipe that caused the leak in the first place.
Then my mother in-law was handed a bill for $680. Attached are pictures of the bill and the minor repair job. The next day when she showed me the bill, I called the plumbing office to challenge the bill, but got no response after leaving messages. My acquaintance that referred me to Jeffery Frankel was able to reach him, and was able to get the bill ""corrected"" to $340. To me and others who have seen the ""repair"" feel that amount to still too high for the work that was performed.

Best plumber I know! Super trustworthy professional and experienced! I unfortunately have issues with a clogged kitchen sink and Jeff is always there to save the day! Love this guy! He made a very complex situation that could have been $3000-$5000 very simple and fixed right away even though he was booked for the day. Our Main Water line burst and he prioritized the job so at least our family could have water.
