I tried to contact Jeff Foster several times and sent a message without a return from 7/4/23. Only after I contacted HSA again, HSA advised me that if this vendor will not contact me by 5 pm on Thursday, 7/6/23, to call HSA back, and they will escalate the issue. Finally, this vendor contacted me at 6 pm on 7/6/23 with a plan to come at 8 am on the next day. While inspecting my house on 7/7/23, the vendor identified the leak and stated that it was going to be easy to fix. I spoke with the technician and explained to him that the issue was noted recently based on July bills from LGE, and LGE evaluated and found gas leaks, so they asked to get a plumber to fix the pipe. Also, I expressed my concerns to the technician that if I ignored how much different we used gas from last month and undiscovered immediately this problem, in the long run, this issue could possibly affect my and my son's health in the future. After evaluation, the technician hasn't notified or clarify his finding with my son or me but went back to his truck and called his companies and HSA. He falsified my conversation and finding at my house by reporting to his company and HSA that this was a preexisting issue. Also, he made up the conversation that wasn't discussed with him by me by reporting to HSA that I told him that I was aware of the gas leak when I bought the house and that was an ongoing issue with previous owners as well (in meantime prior I bought the house I had an inspection and no gas leak noted on the report). That is pure lies by ""professional"" vendors. Before he left, he notified me and my son that based on his inspection and after he spoke to his company and HSA, the result was preexisted issue, and HSA would not going covered to fixing the gas leak. He also stated to complete this job, he needs more people to fix it. He recommended contacting a different company that would handle such a job because his company couldn't fix this kind of problem (unclear why it can't be fixed when at the beginning of the evaluation, he states that is easy to fix). Even though I tried to hold of HSA and clarify the inspection result and ask him to participate in the conversation, the technician refused to talk to HSA (saying that he does not get paid to argue with people) and walked away. I never will recommend such an unprofessional vendor who is not just hard to reach or get an appointment scheduled but also who is unable to fix the issue that is assigned to them, who provided a falsification report to HSA, and who lies about conversations that are not discussed by a member of the house. Completely unsatisfied (if I could give zero stars, I would). Stay away from this company.
DO NOT USE this company. They were assigned by my home warranty company . They came out for initial estimate and found non covered items in addition to the replacement. I have questions and have tried for 3 days to contact them by both phone and text. No reply. I do not trust the info I was given nor that the work will be completed. DO NOT USE THEM!
I have a leak in my water heater. They came out and rather than replacing what is needed - they provided a fraudulent statement to my Home warranty company and tried to screw me with items I don't need. I don't need a new expansion tank and construction work - I need a water heater. Nothing worse than a liar and their pants are on fire.
Diana W.If I could give zero stars I would. My warranty company assigned them to my house for a non working garbage disposal. I get a call from the tech saying he was on my way to my house at 1:30 pm. By 2:30 pm he still had not shown up and I get a text from Jeff Fosters saying my work order had been transferred at the warranty company. So I tried calling and texting Jeff Foster back as well as the tech that called me. No response. When I called my warranty company they were told the tech went to my house but were told by a lady at the house that they didnt have time and shut the door. So even the tech lied or he went to the wrong address because nobody showed up at my house. We even checked cameras to prove it. But Jeff Fosters has never responded to my many calls and texts for an answer. Zero customer service. Stay away from them!
I rate them a Zero! They came out to my home to fix a running toilet. They've been to my home 3 times. Guess what my toilet is still running. Isn't a running toilet one of the most basic plumbing problem? If you can fix something that simple how could I trust you with a more serious plumbing issue? I can't! Don't waste your time or money.

I sent in my service request on a Sunday and was contacted the next day which was a holiday, Labor Day, and was scheduled for two days later. Jessie and Red came out and fixed the problem in no time. They were friendly and efficient.
G S.If I could give a ZERO star I would. These guys start off all nice friendly and helpful. Then they come out. Tell you they can't help and report to Homeshield that it's customers fault and not defective part like they told me to my face. What a joke this company is and will never use them or recommend them to anyone. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
The absolute worst plumbing experience ever. Jeff Foster Plumbing was dispatched via my home warranty company, completely out of my control. They refuse to take phone calls and only communicate via text. As far as payment the only forms they accept are Zelle, cash or check. Over all this company is extreamly unprofessional and disappointing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I wish that I could give 0 Stars! This outfit said that we needed ALL water lines to our condo replaced because of low water pressure in the shower. After paying $1,166 to have the lines replaced, the water pressure in the shower was the same! No change! They then said that it must be the line in the wall behind the tub. But, instead of wanting to fix that, they suggested that they first replace the main water line (the actual condo building feed line to the unit). They offered no apology, no discount, nothing.

We had an issue with a leak in our crawl space coming from the shower in the master bath. I called home warranty and they sent this company out. They were supposed to contact me within 48 hours and did not. When I finally got a hold of them they were not very friendly on the phone. They were late to the appointment. I was told they couldn't fix the problem because of spray foam being under the crawl space from the previous owners and that we would need to remove that before they can fix the leak. So we take the spray foam out and call them back to come fix it. They were not friendly calling to make that appointment either. They said they would be at my house at 9am Tuesday. I call them at 10am because no one had arrived. I get hung up on. I tried to call back twice with no response. He finally calls me back and I was furious at this point. I told him how unprofessional it is to say you are going to be at someone's home to fix the problem then not even show up. He said ""I don't know what you want me to do about it. I don't know when we will be out there today. I will get ahold of the guys and they will call you.""
So I received no phone call. They show up at my home at 1 in the afternoon. They start to fix the problem then say they have to run up to the hardware store to get a part. They are gone over an hour. When they come back they bring someone else with them. They just walked right in the door and into our bedroom. Didn't tell us what they were doing or anything. They then get in their truck and leave without telling us they were leaving or that the job was completed. Horrible company to work with. No organization. Poor customer service and very very unprofessional.
