It doesn't help that one of the two phone numbers on their invoice is no longer a working number, but it pairs up nicely with their quality of work. Minor issue under a bathroom sink, they chose to cut and reposition the pipe. In doing so, they failed to get even close to the dimensions of the trap, requiring a unacceptable amount of force to be applied in order to even connect the trap (which they did). Then they claimed the sink was leaking... of course it is going to leak, you just pulled the entire stem out of alignment with the sink itself causing uneven pressure on the gasket which is not within the manufacturer's design specifications. You caused the leak, you caused an even greater problem, and now I have to fix what you were paid to do.

Highly advise others to keep looking for a more reputable plumber.

I have had a bad time with Plumbers! 1) Water Heater was installed by a bad Plumber in 2015 and it was leaking in 2018 - only 3 years! 2) I need help with replacement of Faucets in backyard, and bathrooms. I checked in local plumbers and they showed up fast. Please note - don't ever ask them to touch anything before first they quoted you the price.
A good example of how the other plumbers work - The "" R & R Plumbing"" showed up and just turn off the gate valve for leak of water tank - for temporary stop of water leak, and out front charged me for 100$ for 2 minutes job. The guy said, he has cost to come here for 2 minutes job and that cost him 100$.
Now, Jeff comes. I knew Jeff for more than 3 years! His is a very good plumber but keep in mind, since he is so good, he is always busy. He would not have much free time slot. LOL.
Thus, I have to wait for him. The wait is fruitful as always. He came yesterday, 10/19/2018 and helped me with replacement of water heater, and all pluming work for 5 hours - very detail work, no short cut, no cheap work, very clean installation - you don't need to expect the mess after they left, and he will never leave you helpless like those other 5 stars rated local plumbers. He also gave you estimate for his work before the work starts. The final cost, he billed me (Jeff's bills for plumbing) is ways lower than those 5 stars rated plumbers in Yelp! Jeff will not much concern needing for Yelp nor reviews online - I am sure. However, I have to give him, a truthful review for his high quality, skillful, and trustworthiness. I normally do not write any review online. For Jeff, I have to admit and get a 5 stars review which he deserves it.
Great job - Jeff! I always respect you and your work.

Jeff only had 3 reviews when we found him from Yelp. We gave him a try and it turned out we made the right choice. He was able to identify the part with problem accurately and greatly reduced the repairing cost for us. The quotes from other plumbers were several times higher as they were not clear where the issue was. He is honest and reliable. Will work with him again for the next plumbing problem.
