Our water heater started leaking and we didn't notice it until midday on a Friday. After a great experience with these guys four months ago, I called to see if it was still possible to get things fixed or replaced before the weekend. They responded immediately and by the end of the workday we had a beautiful new water heater installed and already heating up. Very professional and quick working crew at a very reasonable price. Will be my go to company from now on. Highly recommended!

Called Jeff, and he made time to handle my emergency despite having other commitments that he managed to get handled with his crew. Turned out ,the PRV was corroded and falling apart on the line coming into our house.. He dug it out of the mud while pulling out multiple tree roots. Once he established what the problem was he found he would need a part. It was late afternoon and when he left to get the part I expected he would not make it back until the next day, and we would have to go with out running water overnight. Not so! he came back with the part and one of his crew and fixed it within a couple of hours. After all the good service I found the final bill was very reasonable. Next plumbing problem we have I'll be calling Jeff again.

Hands down the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with! We have utilized Jeff Boaze Plumbing for our commercial building as well as our home. Honest, professional, extremely responsive, and a great crew. Our water heater completely failed and Jeff's guys were out to our house within an hour. Did not try & up-sell me, Completed their exceptional work, explained everything in detail, and we now we have a new and improved water heater. I will only call Jeff for any Plumbing needs we may have in the future.

Had a major kitchen sink clog over the weekend. Drano didn't work at all. Needed a plumber asap. I used the Yelp app to message Jeff on Sunday. He called me first thing Monday morning and was at my house by 10am. Snaked out the drain quickly. Friendly and reasonably priced. Will use them again.

I like doing business when it's a family business and I really liked doing business with JB Plumbing. Jeff and his son, Tyler, we're at my house within an hour of my water heater going out. Unfortunately, we found that the water heater gave up the ghost, so it needed replacing. Tyler was a pleasure to work with and I've rarely meet a business person with a more positive outlook. And that was in spite of him spending hours in my garage when it was over 100 degrees outside. Tyler completed the job quickly and clean-up before leaving, which is something that not many in the service business feel is necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JB Plumbing to anyone as I'm confident that my great experience is just their normal mode of business.

This morning Chris from Jeff Boaze Plumbing arrived here right on time, and replaced our old garbage disposal (which was smoking when he first turned it on to check it out). He gave me some good information about stopping problems before they start, like running a bit of dish soap through it once in a while. Then he moved on to the master bathroom and replaced some of the old insides of the toilet that had been running by itself at various times throughout the day. No more of that now! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and tidied up everything when he was finished. A very nice young man who solved my top two problems in just over an hour this morning. Thank you Chris and Jeff Boaze Plumbing!

Complete ripoff! They charged us $185 for a 15 min job to unclog a bathtub. We were waiting for an estimate and instead they unclogged the bath tub without providing an estimate and told us the charge is $185. We were shocked. When my wife asked Tyler why so much, his answer was even more shocking.. ""well, it's expensive to live here and $185 is just our charge to show up"". Well, then why were we not told about this show up fee when we scheduled the visit over phone? This is an unfair business practice and I would never use them again in the future.

Responding to Tyler's response: That is incorrect. Neither her nor I authorized you to complete the work. We were under the impression all along that you were doing an inspection so you could give us an estimate. You eventually told her $185 is your fee to just show up. If so, why was that fact not mentioned when scheduling the visit? Isn't it unfair business practice to have a fee to show up like you told her and not mention it to the customer when scheduling a visit?

I have used this company twice this year - once for a toilet leak and another for a shower/tub issue. In both cases, they responded nearly immediately to my yelp request and were able to come out to the house the very next morning. Very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend to others.

Last night I messaged Jeff Boaze Plumbing because my water heater was leaking. Not even 24 hours later and my water heater has already been replaced. Tyler was very knowledgeable and quick. He let me know when we was on his way and showed up within the 1 hour window they had provided.

This team was fantastic to work with. Jeff answered my call immediately, was very professional, asked what the issue was and had a team out to our place within two hours of my call.
We had a bathroom upstairs that had been leaking and producing water stains on the ceiling downstairs.
Chris and partner cut out the ceiling, went to get the parts, and had everything repaired before dinner time :)
