If you are looking for a plumber- look ELSEWHERE!
We were longtime customers and always had amazing service until today. My daughter allowed the overflow of our tub to drain and clog the main line of our plumbing. After 2 home visits, in which 3 unmasked men came into my home, and an estimated total of $400 my bathtub still causes my toilet to bubble up at least 50% of the time as indicated in a video and witnessed by their tech. They accused me of ""throwing a fit"" because I asked the tech to hold and discuss the additional charges for the 2nd trip because it was still blocked, with my husband.

They also repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong- despite the toilet still bubbling. They then said we had a cracked toilet, a cheap toilet, maybe there was a toy in the toilet, that there was an airflow problem (we don't have an overflow, they snaked the vent on the roof- so no airflow issues) - we have had no problems with the toilet but our main line clogs occasionally. The main line is still partially clogged. They had repaired it 3 other times (with one tech) and offered the best service in the metro!

We spoke with Jean who was dismissive, rude and told us that they weren't able to fix it, despite doing so 3 times before. She refunded our money and told us to look somewhere else as they were incapable of doing the job.

I'm sad to say after years of amazing service we will have to look elsewhere for our needs.

Jean""s Plumbing really is top notch. They have helped fix frozen pipes, dead a/c units, and gas leaks. They are prompt, professional and fair. They take the time to explain the problem in a way that an knowledgeable person can understand. Plus their newsletter is very charming! :)

I've used Jean's for all my plumbing needs for the past nine years, and had great experiences every time.

Today they came to my house to give me an estimate on duct repair and told me no, the repair isn't needed (another contractor had quoted me $2,400). Then they laid out exactly how I should weatherproof my house (not suggesting any services they provide, this was just information given to help me out). And they didn't charge me a penny to come out!

As a single female homeowner without much knowledge about home repair or maintenance, Jean's has always been a trustworthy source for all of my needs.
