Jaime saved us from an almost-midnight plumbing emergency. We feel so grateful for his quick response and skill. We came into our kitchen to find water gushing from under the sink- even after turning the water off! We called Jaime desperate (not many plumbers answered their phones at 11pm!), but he came over within 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue, fixed everything onsite and explained everything to us in layman's terms. He had great customer service and saved us from our entire place flooding. We'd definitely use him again!

Do not call this plumber he is a rip off. He did the work but the next day this happened, which means he just pushed the clot further inside.

We needed to have our dryer duct cleaned. He asked for $195 for this, even though he quoted $95-195 and he only used a 24 foot wand. Then he said the duct is obstructed and he needs to ""scope"" it for another $295. After he scoped it he said the duct was separated so he can't do anything until I repair it. Final bill:$690. Duct still not unclogged!

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

Jaimie was so attentive and very quick to respond, I had such a major emergency even worse than I could've possibly imagine. When he got there he assess the situation and he was reasonable in his price to fix it. He showed me exactly what the problem was even though I'm not a plumber he made it simple for me to understand. At the end of the day my problems are solved and my life can you go on so I am very thankful and I would recommend them over and over again

Awesome service - contacted me within minutes of posting a job on Yelp quite late one evening and arrived an hour later. He was super friendly, diligent, and efficient. He even went above and beyond quickly fixing an additional issue we had with another part of the home's plumbing. Would definitely recommend.

So where to start, we had a choice of different plumbers to come to our small business and unclog a drain, so I reached out to this supposed plumber Jaime. He told me originally that'll be $195 for three drains but when he came to our market he said it was for only one! Then on top of that he used just a little stick to take out the small top layer and said he was done but I asked him to snake it and he replied that it's fine. Then low and behold this morning I walked in and my drains were flooded again. I called him and he came in yelling at my wife saying that we intentionally flooded the drains because he didn't want to do the work of real plumber! This Jaime guy is definitely a ripoff! I definitely do not endorse this company!

Able to come out right away and check out the water pressure in the back hose I was concerned about. They gave everything a thorough check, informed me of options, and gave me their very thoughtful recommendation that happened to be ""do nothing since the fix options are expensive and will not provide a huge improvement in water pressure"". I really appreciated the honesty and the additional helpful tips he provided in being able to assess future issues with my plumbing independently. Overall awesome experience. :)

Jaime did a good job taking care of my mom's gas dryer vent. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the lint that came out of the vent. (Gross! So much came out!). I appreciated Jaime showing me what my mom needed to get done.

There was stench coming out of the sinks. I called in regards to the issue and they walked me through the necessary steps and gave me an estimate. They arrived on time and explained it was an issue with the main line sewer. The job was completed to high standards and I loved their work ethic and cleanliness. Highly recommend!
