Plumbing was backed up. Juan came out and took care of it within a hour of calling. Hydro jetted the pipes and got them flowing with ease. Juan was great. Super quick thorough and professional. I would highly recommend and ask for Juan!

Our main line was blocked on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend - and we had guests staying at our house. Does not get much more of an emergency than that. I called A LOT of companies and most were not available to help. When I called JE Hydro Jetting - Juan answered the phone, I explained the issue, he told me he could be on site in about 1 hour and he told me the price for his service ( which was very fair and he did not add on Weekend and Holiday charges like some other companies). Juan is a very nice guy - he got to the house when he said he would - understood the issue and got working right away. In a short time he had jetted the main line and then ran a camera to inspect (all included in the original quote - other companies quoted an additional fee for camera inspection). He identified the ""root"" cause of our issue and was able to clean out the roots that had grown into the line (this was an additional service with an additional fee - but extremely reasonable as well). I highly recommend Juan and JE Hydro Jetting and he will be first on my list to call next time I have a plumbing issue.

Juan was very helpful and got the job done. He cleaned out the old lines on the home I just moved into, as well as rebuilt the drain line serving the washing machine. I was back and able to do laundry that afternoon. Pricing was very reasonable for the work completed.

Juan was amazing! He came out on Superbowl Sunday as an emergency request. My toilet and plumbing was messed up for a week. Three other plumbers came out and ""fixed it"" and it would break again in 24hrs. Juan came out, assessed the situation, removed the toilet, and used the camera to ensure the drain was actually cleared. No problem since! Very professional and knowledgeable!

These guys came to my house tonight to clear a blocked shower drain. It looks like the people from the upstairs and our pipe were connected and whenever they'll use their shower the past couple of days, our shower in the bedroom bathroom gets flooded! So glad they were able to fix this issue right now especially being a holiday. I appreciate you guys for working on a holiday especially at night time.
