These guys came to my house tonight to clear a blocked shower drain. It looks like the people from the upstairs and our pipe were connected and whenever they'll use their shower the past couple of days, our shower in the bedroom bathroom gets flooded! So glad they were able to fix this issue right now especially being a holiday. I appreciate you guys for working on a holiday especially at night time.

I called Juan on a Sunday of a 3 day weekend. He answered promptly, with no answering service to deal with, and he explained the hydro-jetting process and agreed to come over later that day. The clogged drain was all done with in short time and Juan left everything back in shape. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Juan came to our townhouse today to help with our kitchen sink being blocked up. We live in a 2 level townhouse with our cleanout on a patio above our garage which was a bit of a challenge. The last time we had this done by another company they made a gigantic mess in our shared driveway and we were glad to speak with Juan ahead of time to come up with a plan. He was very responsive, explained everything and made sure that everything was cleared out. He even showed us the camera footage as he finished up. If we ever need this service again, Juan will be the first phone call we will make!

While we didn't end up needing to utilize this company's services for the commercial project emergency we had, (the original contract holder finally showed up for their part), the owner, Juan, was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with - he literally returned our request for a quote less than 20 minutes from the time in which we requested an estimate. Additionally, his pricing structure was fair (even for an emergency request).

In addition to being extremely responsive, professional, and of good value, JE Hydro Jetting Services (Juan) was also transparent about the equipment he had available to achieve the efficacy the SOW (scope of work) required; however, while he didn't have the necessary equipment at the time, he was willing to suggest additional solutions to our problem - including, but not limited to, referring us to another helpful business owner (and his previous mentor into the industry, Carlos from CM Jetting - another very professional, responsive, and helpful service provider that insisted on our call that in the future to be sure to reach out to Juan first, since he was our first point of contact).
