We needed to get our sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher put back together. He did a good job, but I think our technician was having a bad day because we didn't get a great attitude from him. I felt like the project was a burden when he needed to go to the store to buy additional materials. Although, the job was done fine, I won't be calling in the future. Way over priced to install dishwasher, sink and garbage disposal...even our insurance said we were over priced. I'm not a big fan of the $25 trip fee to do an estimate. No free estimate.

So it was a do it your self project gone bad. We woke up in the morning with our bedroom bathroom shower leaking. How hard could it be, I asked? As it turned out, our shower was a 1960s piece of junk. After several hours of messing with it, and trips to two different homes stores, I gave up and tried to reinstall the old hardware as a quick fix.shortly thereafter, the shower fixture started spewing water everywhere, down into the walls of our house. After quickly shutting off the main water, I called JDs plumbing. Such a great experience from beginning to end. The receptionist was extremely nice, and summoned a likewise nice plumber to my house within 15 minutes. He fixed the faucet within three hours of my own misguided attempts. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, the professionalism and rapidity warrants five stars.

Twas the day after Christmas (a Saturday) and we found our sewer backed up... Santa must have clogged the pipes or maybe it was Rudolph?
We yelped plumbers, called JD's, phone was answered on the second ring and literally one hour from the phone call the job was done! We forgot to use the yelp deal we purchased but the price was really reasonable despite that.

Bonus is that if you have further issues with your system within 72 hours, they come fix it for no charge. We did have them come back as the drain furthest back in the house was clogged, but it wasn't due to faulty work.

They communicated well about time frames for service and were courteous and clean. I'll be keeping them on speed dial for future reference!

I called John, of JD's Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon, after the hot-water pipe under the bathroom sink blew-out. John was able to contact his tech, Jimmy, who came right out, at the end of his day and fixed the pipe just in time for our guests to arrive and for Jimmy to get to his grandfather's birthday dinner! He did not have to come out - his day was over. But he did and he figured out the problem and the solution immediately. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend JD's Plumbing any day!

Way overcharged me for a shower cartridge! A forty dollar item I could of bought at the hardware store they charged me over $200! Plus $50 for a shower handle. Granted the plumber had to saw off my shower handle since he couldn't get the shower handle off with an allen wrench but that took only 5 minutes. This was not a labor extensive job. All together they charged me $324. Given the plumber was competent and got the job done I feel like I was way taken advantage of.

Called JDs based off of a friend's recommendation. The employees were extremely friendly and courteous, did a phenomenal job, and even drove out of their way to the hardware store to get a drain cap to replace the worn down one that was in place. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone. Pricing was totally fair as well. I don't often take time to write reviews, but this is a great local business you should support.

Complete re-plumb of the house.
Friendly, on time, hard working, polite, cleaned up. The price was very fair, reasonable compared to other estimates without being so cheap you have to question it.
I should have paid a bit more attention to the location of pipes. I was also expecting more of my drain pipes replaced as part of an entire re-plump.
Also provided me with estimate for work out to the street, including a dvd of what it looked like inside.
I do highly recommend them, and will use them and their recommendation for the rest of the work. After that I will not have to! Everything will be new and up to code!

HIGHLY recommend JD's!

I had just listed my house for sale when my hot water heater broke and started spewing water, less than 24 hours before the open house. I was frantically calling plumbers and couldn't find any that could come out the same day (they were all booked 3-4 days out)! John called me right back and was very understanding of my situation. He managed to get someone out to my house in no time flat and get my water heater replaced. John was upfront about the pricing (which was very competitive) and he even explained the warranty to me.

It's never fun when you have to call a plumber, but John's professionalism and responsiveness gave me peace of mind and kept a broken old water heater from ruining my open house.

I'll definitely call JD's the next time I need any plumbing work done.

Great experience with JDs and highly recommend. We have been loyal Brothers customers for years but their pricing is extremely high despite good work. Found John's company via Angie's list and it was very highly rated so gave him a try to fix a broken outdoor faucet. He came out on a holiday (4th of July) at no extra charge, called and came earlier than promised, did the job expertly in about an hour and less than half the price quoted by B's. Of note, John formerly worked for Brothers and left to start his own business. Recommend you give him a try and you'll be happy you did!
