Had over $5k worth of work performed to include replacing a hot water heater, replacing leaking valves, and correcting the routing of a drainage pipe that ran from one side of my home to the other. Tony and his apprentice Lucas did everything in their proposal and more, to include helping me with rebuilding the cabinet under one of my sinks that were damaged by a leaking valve. I'm highly satisfied with my decision to have the work done by JD's and have complete confidence in all of the work performed.

We needed a water line repair in the crawl space for our sprinkler system; JD's Plumbing were polite on the phone and came out within the week. Two men, Tony and Jason, did the repair in two hours. They were on time, polite, and efficient. We would recommend them and use them in the future.

Called on a Saturday around 1pm with a minor emergency. I was told a technician could be at my house between 2 and 4. They called at 2 and said they were on their way...arrived around 3.

John S, and Steve were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. They didn't seem to mind explaining everything to me. They meticulously replaced our two main water line valves and the pressure relief valve. I had also noticed just that morning that my sprinkler valve was misbehaving so they replaced that too. Prices were fair, and work was done right and quickly too. They even checked my work on a valve I had replaced and tightened it on their way out.

Overall, I typically dislike having to deal with plumbers and rarely leave positive reviews but this was a good experience and I will definitely recommend and reuse JD's in the future.

Followed JD's Plumbing services and bought the fancy garbage disposal and twice their workmanship failed leaving water across our wood floor and in the cabinet below the sink. We reached out for help and the first time they came the next day. Now it happened again and are waiting to see how quick they return to fix the fact that the garbage disposal literally fell off the bottom of the sink...water everywhere...stay tuned. - Jack

We needed to get our sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher put back together. He did a good job, but I think our technician was having a bad day because we didn't get a great attitude from him. I felt like the project was a burden when he needed to go to the store to buy additional materials. Although, the job was done fine, I won't be calling in the future. Way over priced to install dishwasher, sink and garbage disposal...even our insurance said we were over priced. I'm not a big fan of the $25 trip fee to do an estimate. No free estimate.

So it was a do it your self project gone bad. We woke up in the morning with our bedroom bathroom shower leaking. How hard could it be, I asked? As it turned out, our shower was a 1960s piece of junk. After several hours of messing with it, and trips to two different homes stores, I gave up and tried to reinstall the old hardware as a quick fix.shortly thereafter, the shower fixture started spewing water everywhere, down into the walls of our house. After quickly shutting off the main water, I called JDs plumbing. Such a great experience from beginning to end. The receptionist was extremely nice, and summoned a likewise nice plumber to my house within 15 minutes. He fixed the faucet within three hours of my own misguided attempts. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, the professionalism and rapidity warrants five stars.

I love good customer service and also reasonable prices and JD's delivered both!

Twas the day after Christmas (a Saturday) and we found our sewer backed up... Santa must have clogged the pipes or maybe it was Rudolph?
We yelped plumbers, called JD's, phone was answered on the second ring and literally one hour from the phone call the job was done! We forgot to use the yelp deal we purchased but the price was really reasonable despite that.

Bonus is that if you have further issues with your system within 72 hours, they come fix it for no charge. We did have them come back as the drain furthest back in the house was clogged, but it wasn't due to faulty work.

They communicated well about time frames for service and were courteous and clean. I'll be keeping them on speed dial for future reference!

I called John, of JD's Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon, after the hot-water pipe under the bathroom sink blew-out. John was able to contact his tech, Jimmy, who came right out, at the end of his day and fixed the pipe just in time for our guests to arrive and for Jimmy to get to his grandfather's birthday dinner! He did not have to come out - his day was over. But he did and he figured out the problem and the solution immediately. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend JD's Plumbing any day!

Way overcharged me for a shower cartridge! A forty dollar item I could of bought at the hardware store they charged me over $200! Plus $50 for a shower handle. Granted the plumber had to saw off my shower handle since he couldn't get the shower handle off with an allen wrench but that took only 5 minutes. This was not a labor extensive job. All together they charged me $324. Given the plumber was competent and got the job done I feel like I was way taken advantage of.
