While taking a shower the toilet started gurgling, that's when I knew it was time for a mainline drain clean. Read the great reviews for JDR Plumbing and gave him a call. Great response time and Juan told me he'll be there right after he finishes another job. A short wait and he gets right at it. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions and does the job the right way. Takes the extra time to really clean out those tree roots. Give Juan a call for any of your Plumbing needs. After years of service from a neighborhood plumber who lives minutes from our house and only needing at the most, a 20 minute repair, and also being a loyal customer we were disappointed that he flaked out after scheduling a next morning appointment to fix our one and only toilet. So we turned to Yelp and things did work out for the better. We found Juan. All the 5 star reviews are well earned. All the positive comments are legitimate and we can attest to that: quick response on Yelp, scheduled next morning service, on time, polite, respectful of property, wore a mask and booties, did the repair quickly, left the work area clean, and gave us a fair price. Juan came to our house the day after we contacted JDR because we had a leak under our kitchen sink. They replaced the disposal, and took care of a few other plumbing issues while they were here. They gave a very reasonable cost quote, did everything as promised, showed up on time, and even told me how to fix another problem with my hose faucet outside (he offered to come back with the part to fix it, but it was faster for me just to get the part at Home Depot and fix it myself).

Very happy with their service, pricing, and speed. Highly recommend!

These type of reviews are always important ... yes I can talk about a cute restaurant or yummy food all day but honest services are just as important. Juan ( IMO) is one of the few honest and reasonably priced plumbers out there. I've used him on three different occasions and each time he was responsive and reasonably priced. He's a hard worker as well as a great communicator and I can't rave about him enough. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. I would attach photos but I don't feel like you need to see photos of my new shower head, clean toilet or my water heater.... Just trust me as much as you would trust any stranger on Yelp ; )

Juan does a very good job and his price is reasonable in the area. I call Juan whenever I need a service and he usually comes within a day. He even drove to Home Depot to buy a missing part for my filter water installation.

Juan came to the rescue again with quick and reliable service. We came back from vacation and found our water heater pilot off light. I wasn't sure if there was other damage, so I called Juan. He quickly came the same day and assessed the situation. He showed me how to turn the pilot light on for my future reference. He also indicated the shelf life of my unit, which was consistent with my 2021 inspection report that I would need a new water heater. He gave me a quote for my future reference.

I sent out request for quotes for a few of the highly reviewed plumbers on Yelp. I also sent them pictures to give them an idea of what work needed to be done. Juan from JDR Plumbing responded right away and after looking at the pictures came in with a quote that was very reasonable compared to other quotes. I communicated with him through Yelp and made arrangements for him to arrive on Monday at 1:00 PM. He called me on Monday a little after noon confirming that he was on his way. He arrived a bit ahead of schedule which was perfect for me. He assessed the job and made quick work of cutting the copper pipe to remove the hold leaky spicket. He then soldered a female threaded connector to the end of the cut pipe so he could attached a new spicket with a male threaded connection. This will make it a DIY job in the future if I ever needed to replace that spicket again. I have pipe wrenches at home for DIY jobs, but I don't have a torch or know the first thing about removing a soldered joint nor soldering on a new piece.
