We had a gas leak, and in a short amount of time, they detected where it was located and repaired the faulty line. Terrible experience.

JDM didn't complete/solve my problem and then threatened with a demand payment, or they would involve their attorneys. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Our toilet clogged and flooded and I needed it fixed asap! JDM sent a plumber out quickly. My technician was Robert. I am writing this review because I was so impressed with the professional job Robert did. He had to totally remove the toilet and snake it. When he put the toilet back, he had to use a sealant at the base of toilet - what impressed me was that he took the time to properly remove all the old sealant before applying the new one. leaving everything looking clean and immaculate. Something other plumbers had failed to do. It means a lot when you have someone come to your home and they not only do their job but they take time to do it well. Thank you Robert for being courteous, professional and for a job well done!

I have been a customer for 20 years and was always happy with their service. But lately that service has deteriorated. I need sewer repairs and asked for an estimate. I was provided with a minimum estimate but I requested a likely second scenario estimate. Unfortunately that request was met with resistance and they didn't want to put it in writing. Unacceptable and unprofessional! After clarifying I approved the work to begin. The sewer is backing up and I need it done. 20 minutes later I received a phone call that they couldn't do it for at least 6 weeks and were passing on the job. This 20-year customer felt dumped and left high and dry with a backing up sewer! Unacceptable! It's sad that I have to find another plumber for all my needs. Any recommendations out there?

Called them yesterday morning. An incredibly nice woman scheduled our appointment and Jesse was at our house by 10am. We had a toilet replaced, another toilet fixed, a bathroom faucet replaced leaking issues fixed and I'm sure other things that I haven't even listed. Jesse is so awesome!! He did a great job!! They are honest hardworking professionals with honest pricing and I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!!

Oscar & Jesse just stopped by to help me out of a jam that was over my head as a DIY-er. They assessed the situation and immediately came up with a solution that was astounding in its simplicity. It's obvious that they take customer service seriously and will never try to add work to or inflate a project with unnecessary add-ons or busy work. (Martha in the office is great too).

If you're looking for a responsive, reliable company that stands behind their work - give them a shot!

I think I can count on 1 hand how many times I've needed a plumber in the last 10yrs. When you're in a sort of ""emergency "" situation. I just wanted to be treated fairly and get someone who could help quickly.

So it's with those ideas in my mind when I went to Yelp and found JDM plumbing.

Note: they were the 3rd company I called from Yelp.

They diagnosed my water heater issue over the phone...thankfully it was still under warranty...scheduled a visit to replace said water heater...in an hour...that's right!! no exagération...An hour after I called, a technician was in front of my house with a warranty replacement water heater !

Of course, I was in the right circumstance to get this response, so in that sense I feel fortunate but still JDM was true to their word.

The technician/plumber was great, friendly and fast..nicely dressed and handled everything very well. The great service took less than an hour.

Ultimately, very a hassle free experience from everyone I came in contact with.

The cost (of the service call) was more than fair, they didn't charge me an ""emergency"" fee and like I said, the water heater was under warranty and they were the ones who made me aware of that!

I'll remember JDM plumbing and give them my business on future plumbing needs/emergencies !

We have had some strange & uncomfortable experiences with plumbers over the years. Kenyon from JDM Plumbing was so great, I called the company to let them know. He was respectful, kind, professional, friendly and clearly cared about doing a good job. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely call them again.
