Josh and his crew have been my go to plumbers for about four years as of this review. Josh has always been courteous, responsive, patient and priced fairly. Thus far they have fixed multiple leaks (one of which they had to be called back for to fix), installed gas lines, and removed a tank water heater and replaced with a gas tankless system. I will probably have two more sizable jobs over the next year as well.

I will continue to support JDM#1 plumbing until I have a reason not to and I think anyone looking for a reliable tradesmen in the area should give them a try.

Completely took advantage when I was in another state. They gave me a quote when they arrived at my house for several hundred dollars for a fix I could have done my self in under an hour for less than 30. but because I was out of state i told them to go ahead. Then after a short time when they started working on it, the upped the price again. The final bill was for 200 more than the initial quote with over 125 for ""materials"" when the materials would have been under 30 if I purchased myself. They are not honest and will take you for a ride.

I hired Josh to do some simple plumbing work in my home. We needed to install a faucet, water filter and repair some fittings that were faulty. To be fair with this review I will break down the tasks and explain my dissatisfaction.

1. Replacing the water shutoff to my outside faucet. This was done right.
2. Refrigerator water line. Was done correctly.
3. Faucet installation. Here is where things went downhill. After a day of use we opened the cabinet and saw a puddle of water below the shutoff valves leading to the faucet. Keep in mind that Josh installed my brand new faucet including running all new piping under the sink. We had a leak from one of the pipes.
4. Water filter install. This was a water filter that has previously been installed in the house and was about 6 months old. Josh was concerned about all the parts being there to do the job. Once we confirmed that all the parts were there he agreed to install the filter. We went to use the filter that same day and water came squirting out under our sink. Not a slow leak but a steady spray of water. If he was having problems I would have understood and ask him not to install the used filter.

Given that he had done such a good job previously, I called Josh that following morning. He told me that he would be at my home by 10am. I left my adult son to wait for him. Needless to say he did not show up. Nor was there a call explaining the problem. We never heard from Josh until we received the bill. In fact the only contact the company has made with me is either a random text wondering when they will get paid or a facebook message asking the same.

I had to hire another plumber to fix the problems. FYI Contractors hate fixing other contractors mistakes. Will I hire JDM Plumbing to work on my plumbing going forward? -- NO

Made an appointment to fix a leak. Great service provided. Very honest. Attempted to address the situation in the least invasive manner. Highly recommend.
