Great service! Visiting elderly family and found HVAC had been out for a month. Called Jordan around noon who said he would stop by in evening - updated throughout the day on arrival time. Went out of his way to come by after hours and quickly diagnosed and resolved problem. Great guy, very professional and knows what he's doing!

I called at 6 pm with a broken toilet. I'd called 5 other plumbers earlier but none would help me. Jordan answered my phone call and at 9 o'clock came to fix our broken plumbing. Thank God for him because I was on my last rope. He came and spend 2 hours working on our toilet. The whole time he was concerned it was too late at night for us. All I cared about was a working toilet (I have 5 kids and only 2 bathrooms). He was polite, respectful and very thoughtful about our needs and keeping us informed. I would absolutely recommend this company, especially Jordan. He is seriously the best.

Jordan was kind enough to come out a few hours after I called in the late evening on a Friday, when no other plumbers in the area would even answer my call. My kitchen sink drain wasn't draining and my little snake could not punch through, so Jordan not only snaked it but dig up the line and snaked it from the other direction as well, clearing it right up. Couldn't have asked for a better guy with extremely reasonable prices.

The selection of JDL Plumbing & HVAC Service and its sole proprietor, Jordan Robicheaux (""Robe'-a-choe""), for plumbing services was one of our best finds of 2019. This young man has construction-related skills that go far behind simple plumbing and HVAC knowledge. He is a highly-skilled professional who knows exactly what lies behind your walls and under your house, will take the simplest approach possible to resolving your problem, but then present a bill that is not only reasonable, but a bargain compared to the services of the widely-advertised service firms.

Jordan was asked to come to Rocklin to fix a problem involving a loss of hot water pressure to the kitchen sink, and to install a new faucet at the same time. He not only did this to our complete satisfaction, but took the time to repair a structural problem under the countertop. He did a fantastic job and saved us the cost of having to replace the entire countertop. In my opinion, few plumbers in this region have the range of skills which could come close to Jordan's. We would recommend JDL Plumbing and HVAC Service to anyone.

Jordan was out the same day I contacted him about getting and estimate on a natural gas line bbq hook up. He was by far the best price and that was with extras to make the job look extra clean and a housing for the quick disconnect. The bid from other companies had nothing like that in them and were much more. Jordan came out on schedule and ended up spending extra time after the install trying to track down an outside electrical outlet issue. He wouldn't add that into his price so we made sure we tipped him extra for his work. I will call him back for any needs we have for sure, much better service and price then the larger name companies around.

We are remodeling a 1950 ranch house. Leaky pipes old rusted old valves light switches and in the wrong location. I received quotes from 5 Plummer's 3 from yelp 2 from Home Advisers. JDL did have the lowest price because he said that one of the valves all the others states needed replacing did not need replacing.
We had a lot of different work completed.
1. valves in bathroom replaced
2.kitchen piping updated and moved from the floor to wall.
3. Refrigerator line moved
4. Gas line changed from a wall oven to drop in stove
5. A leak under the house repaired.
6. Expansion tank installed on water heater
7. Hooked up the Ikea sink that we hand tried over 2 weeks to install.
8. AC Serviced
These older homes are usually a puzzle of different add on's from multiple Plummer's that has worked on the house over the years.
He was very patient as I continued to add additional request. And also willing to work around my schedule

Initially I chose JDL just because I was able to get service the same day. I mean, who wants to freeze for two nights?

The guy arrived at my house 2 hours after my initial Yelp inquiry and quickly diagnosed the problem. The blower motor had fried, which meant I had neither heat nor AC. He quickly located a new motor, but he wasn't happy with the price he was quoted so he found another source, much cheaper for the same model. NICE!

Unfortunately, I had appointments that afternoon until late night, which meant I couldn't be home before he could return with the part. Alas, the repair would have to wait until the next day. Not his fault... my appointments couldn't be avoided. So, dreading the cold night, I was actually thinking I might pay for a hotel that night.

This is where it gets awesome: While he was getting the part, he also purchased and left two space heaters at my home to borrow. The space heaters had a thermostat so the temperature stayed perfect and I slept great.

The next day, bright and early, he showed me the invoice for the part he had bought, and charged me a fair price for labor. Given the time consumed by the job, the price was more than fair.

Now my system works great, and I'm pretty sure it's costing me a lot less to run because that old motor had been making noise and guzzling electricity before it tuckered out. (He showed me the old part... The shaft makes crunchy noises when you turn it by hand. If you know anything about motors, when you stall one or put a load on it, it draws a ton of current.)

Was in the process of replacing all of my kitchen cabinets and initially needed my sink pipes replaced and gas pipe moved for new stove. Gave Jordan a call and he came over and after him getting under the house he noticed a leak in the bathroom we had no idea about. He fixed the kitchen and also fix the bathroom leak with new copper pipe and he didn't even charge us any labor for that, did it free of charge!!! Altogether he fixed our plumbing, moved my gas line for a new stove and also ran ALL NEW ELECTRICAL in my kitchen for my new appliances. All of his work is very clean and professional. Can certainly tell he does his work with quality!! Definitely recommend for great work at a Great price!!!!

Amazing customer service! Gave me the best price after calling 10 places, and walked me through what the problem was. Being on a budget i was short from what he quoted me and still he finished the job and covered remainder! I was shocked and very thankful for his honest service!
