With just losing his wife, he was not in the right frame of mind and hooked the lines up backwards. I called John at JDK plumbing on a Saturday evening just to see if he could go check it out on Monday or something. He immediately asked for his address, and went there to assess the situation. He did not charge me after hours/weekend price. When he discovered the water heater was blown, he drove from Burney, CA to Redding 3 times frew of charge to help try to return it and to get parts, etc. Finally got a new water heater installed at an excellent and affordable price. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing/ handyman needs!
