We had JD Sewer install a new sewer line from behind our home to the main sewer which is connectioned in front of our home at the street.
Connected all pipes exiting from the house, this required digging a trench from 2 ft at the first connection to 10 ft at the sewer main.
Several challenges presented them selves, at each challenges they resolved them in a professional manner.

DON't EVER call JD Sewer & Sons for plumbing issues! Absolutely RUDE customer service!! We have used them since at least 2005, maybe longer. My kitchen sink had standing water in it on both sides. I had put Liquid Plumber in it.
The house reeked of bleach! Might have used a bit too much. Oops! They came to our house pretty close to the time that the owner/wife said they would be here, which was good, but they did not call or text me like I had asked when they got here. Instead they knocked on the door, which in turn made the dogs bark while I was on a call. I had explained to the owner/wife that I work from home, on the phone, and I did not want anyone knocking on the door, because my dogs would bark. Mind you the owner/wife told me that wouldn't be a problem and they could do that. So I am still ok, A little aggravated that they made the dogs bark, but glad someone was going to fix my sink! Yeah!! They came in and started working on the sink by draining some of the nasty water out of the sink into a bucket and then walked outside. Now during this time, I was still on the phone helping this customer with their computer issue. The 2 workmen could hear me working, because my desk is around the corner from the kitchen. When the guy came back in my house I could see that the bucket was empty. I had just finished my call and hung up the phone. I asked him, ""Where did your pour that water out?"" His reply to me was, ""In the grass."" There was so much Liquid Plumber in it and it smelled just like bleach! I couldn't believe that he poured it in the grass! That water was toxic! So I said to him, ""Well, I don't want you to pour it in my grass, you can pour it in the rocks."" His response back to me was, ""It will be ok, that's what I always do."" I then replied, ""No it is not ok, I don't want you to pour that in my grass, you can pour it in the rocks, that way it can kill the weeds and not my grass."" Then he says, ""Well do you still want me to work on your sink?"" I was shocked! My response back to him, ""Well, yes"". Still in disbelief that he even asked me this question. He then says, ""Well, I don't think I want to fix your sink!"" I was astounded! My response was so quick, ""Get out of my house then!"" Now, I want you all to know, that this was one of the & Sons. I promptly got on the phone and called their office, and preceded to tell his Mom/owner what had happened, and she said that this was not acceptable. That he would be dealt with. I got from how much she was apologizing that this wasn't the first time something like this had happened. I told her I was going to post it on the internet. And explained to her that we will never call them again, and I was going to post it on the internet because he needs to realize there are consequences to his behavior, that just because you are the & Sons doesn't mean you can dismiss what the owner of the home wants. I guess he was expecting me to say, ""Oh no! Don't leave, please fix my sink!"" Not in a million years! I am not paying our hard earned money to some company that treats their customers like that. And there are consequences that come from giving poor customer service, BAD REVIEWS!
