We had a single pipe break in two places during the recent winter storm. The two plumbers who came out were both courteous and professional. The work performed was decent, although it looked rather sloppy in the attic and they didn't bother to add an insulation sleeve, even though the previous pipe had it on there. In addition, the price was bordering on gouging considering it took 45 minutes to fix and was nearly double what others were charging in the area. I would definitely look elsewhere in the future.

Stolen Credit Card.....I live in Southern California. My rental property is in Montgomery, Tx...Saturday, February 20 called JD Precision to fix water leak in garage. They were able to come out..put flex tape as leak was small, charged $155. Said he didn't have the pipe to replace. Will return and not charge another service call.
Gave CC over phone..today, February 22nd , my CC was used in Texas fast food restaurant!! $28 charge at Salata, fast food restaurant, in Kingwood, TX.
Had to cancel my CC, block any further charges. Left message for owner. Jerry. I will update this review when I get a response from him.

I highly recommend JD Precision Plumbing Services. With the crazy weather we're having in Texas and thousands of bursted pipes, they still made it out as promised. We opened our door to a gentleman with a smile on his face and he look like he's ready to tackle these pipes! David Ramos did not look like he's been working around the clock at all, and he has! He was eager to help us have water again! Even after he fixed our pipes, he didn't quickly jolted out to the next job site but he made sure the pressure of our water was fine and no other leaking or bursted pipes. His boss, Mr. Jerry David checked up on us to make sure all is well. Now that's GREAT quality business right there! We highly recommend!

I haven't had water in three days due to a pipe bursting from the recent freezing temperatures. I called JD two days ago and today was their earliest appointment. The weather forecast is the same today as it was at the time they scheduled this appointment.

We've been waiting for them to show up, yet nobody came today. I called three times, and I keep getting an answering service for JD, who told me that apparently JD is closed today. If I would have known, I would have obviously scheduled another plumber. The state of Texas is in the middle of a water emergency, people are in real need, and unreliable company's like this are just making it worse for the entire state. I encourage everyone reading this review to think very carefully about the current circumstances and whether this is the type of company you can rely on when you have a real plumbing emergency.

Please also note that the idea that the roads are not safe enough to drive didn't prevent either of my direct neighbors from finding respectable plumbing companies to service their homes today, nor did it prevent my community in Spring from being on the roads themselves today. TWO separate companies followed through on their commitment to their customers in a time of great need, whereas JD was nowhere to be found. The idea that they didn't even extend the courtesy of telling me they weren't showing up today shows a serious lack of professionalism and just how little they care about their customers, especially in such dire circumstances.

Bottom line is that I will never allow them to step foot in another one of my personal properties in Texas, nor any of my commercial properties, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. The fact that a plumbing business would sit on the sidelines during such a crisis blows my mind. Fortunately, other, more reputable, plumbing companies have stepped up during this state emergency. JD is an absolute embarrassment.

If you want a reliable plumbing company, JD Plumbing isn't it. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews they beg their customers for. Go somewhere else.

The owner is a very nice man (Jerry David). They take care of business and are fair. They are a little more pricey than some other companies but when it comes to plumbing you really can't take chances. Better to get it done right than spend so much fixing mistakes. In all honestly you can't go wrong with this company. I have so much respect for them. And I don't say this lightly. I've had bad experiences with handy men and other companies who I won't take the time to badmouth.

i called this company to come out and give me a quote. they showed up and i was satisfied with the quote but it went downhill fast from there. it went to garbage from there. i called them and set up a time for them to come fix my problem. they scheduled me for friday from 3 until 6. well it got to be 530 so i called to see if they were coming, and the lady informed me it was for monday. i said no i was told friday, she looked at it again and realized it was written down wrong, but said she would call adam to try to come . she calls back to inform me that he said no until he got the ok from water restoration people. i told her it was all cleaned up and drying. Needless to say i canceled them, they apparently don't know what communication is. i would suggest you don't waste your time with these people. i lost an afternoon of work because of them and all she could say was i don't know what we did wrong

I had 3 plumbing companies come out and give me an estimate for the repairs needed. JD Precision Plumbing won my business not due to price but Ron's knowledge. Ron is a plumber with JDPP and his initial assessment of the plumbing in my older home was spot on. He knew what was needed to repair my faucets, told me upfront about the possible complications and risk due to age, and walked me thru the repair process. He showed up on time and performed the repairs like the professional he is. Fantastic service from a professional plumber. Ask for Ron from JD Precision Plumbing.
6/19 had a plumbing issue and JD Plumbing came out again to take care of it. Adrian did a fantastic job, fix my leak with no problem and explained the cause of the issue. Top notch professional. Adrian, thank you. JD Precision Plumbing you guys are great! Thanks again for fast efficient professional service and care.

I cannot praise this company enough. Yes, they are pricey, but I really think they are worth it.

We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. It did cost us $325, which probably is high, but he was efficient, clean, and respectful.
He then looked at a couple of other issues (no charge) for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily "taken us for a ride" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!).

THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind.

He also sent someone else out (again, no charge) to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere as we had what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest.

We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!

JD Precision advised my elderly father in-law he needed a new pipe. No leak detected and charged him $7,000 to replace 50 feet of pipe that was perfectly fine. In the process, they destroyed the sprinkler system and left it in ruins after attempting to fix it 3 additional trips. Took advantage of the elderly and basically, charged $500 an hour (when broken down over time). Told right away, they don't charge hourly BUT who makes $500 a hour to replace ONE pipe. Never use the company off of FM 1488.
