I called JD on a Saturday afternoon after getting in over my head on what I thought would be a small and easy project. He answered the phone promptly, I explained my issue, he asked a few questions and then gave me an extremely fair quote. He was at my home in about an hour and a half and had my kitchen put back together in around the same amount of time. Probably would have been sooner if I hadn't messed everything up first. Polite, professional, punctual, competent and honest. Definitely will be using him again. Highly recommend him.

We had a water leak on our side of the meter and water had to be shut off to the house. From the time we called Jason was at our house in less than 2 hours and had the problem fixed in an hour. 2 hours after that (time to let things cement) we were up and running and no leaks! I would highly recommend Jason and plan to save his info for the future!

He's not a licensed plumber, Jason may state otherwise or that he works under someone. But when the time comes he will not provide the info or credentials. With a gas leak outside I hired him in a hurry for new gas line to be installed. Jason and Joe told me it would only take a 1 day or less. After Jason made numerous mistakes, consulting with Joe, a dozen trips for parts, and after borrowing my tools (air compressor) he managed to get the Gas Company to pass 3 days later after 2 separate attempts failed. He now will not take my call or respond with the license info needed for the insurance claim. Jason is not qualified to do jobs over $500 in my opinion, not even handy man status, maybe he should stick to toilet installs.

Jason is a reliable and trustworthy plumber. He came to fix a valve on my water heater; the same day I called. He is knowledgeable with various plumbing services. I highly recommend him to anyone. (M.B)

I'll try to keep it short. We did not call jD plumbing our neighbor did. Once he cut the cement he guaranteed it was not our pipe. So confident he said he would fix it for free if it was. It was our pipe not the neighbors. We felt obligated to let him finish what he started. ( first mistake) Not the first plumber to work on our main over the years the last plumber did it 15' higher up from this leak. They fixed it in one day as we were at work. . My husband has worked and fixed the main in 3 other areas he is no plumber and it took him one day. Our pipe 2"" main water line down a hill under driveway. Started on a Tuesday ended Friday night after midnight. This is a job he should have never worked on. He tried to fix it 2 times almost each day. Each time it leaked even the time he cut thru another part of the pipe. each time he had to go to Home Depot to buy parts. What professional plumber needs to go to buy parts 2 times each day for the same 2"" pipe repair. What professional does not Carry the tools used for plumbing on their truck and borrows the home owners. What professional never shows up on the time they told you they would come. What professional needs the homeowners help 2 nights in a row at 11pm. What professional turns on your main water line with out flushing it first. Our toilets (4) filled with dirt the back of the toilet clogged with dirt. The 9 faucets had to be cleaned out from dirt. The 36 water valves had to be cleaned out sprinkler heads had to be taken apart to flush dirt out. Pool was green with algae. Had to clean all filters but lots of chemicals. Unable to run pump due to water below the strainer. 4 days over 100 no water. Our lawns died in multiple areas ground cover died in areas. Had to flush toilets with buckets of water from pool for 4 nights. Bathed in the hot tub. Still had to be at work each day that he kept us up till past midnight. His price changed every day. I do not recommend JD plumbing for a main water line leak that is on a hill.

Where do I start... we called Jason to fix a slab leak. He came out quickly which seemed like a good sign. What began as him trying to save us money lead to corners being cut at every chance possible. We paid $6,000 which we were told was a ""deal"" which might be if it's done correctly. Any construction I've had done in the past, people show up in the morning or when they say. Expect him to arrive at any hour he chooses but typically it will be night time(never the time he says). There were comments made around my family which made them uncomfortable and a lot of his personal life bled over onto the job site. All we wanted was good work done in a timely manner and we got neither of those. I was under the impression he was licensed but when weeks had gone by and I received no paperwork or invoice of any kind I knew he wasn't licensed. I still to this day have no receipt or any invoice to show my insurance just a lot of paragraph long text messages. Overall the entire experience was an absolute nightmare and complete waste of time as we now have a licensed plumber coming in to correct all of the errors. We got a second opinion from 3 other licensed plumbers who all agreed it was done poorly. All I would have liked was for the work to be done correctly and professionalism. I've never been more unhappy with doing business with someone. I know this review will be followed with a novel long response of how he did no wrong. My entire family was effected by the whole experience and unless you want to have the experience I did I would in no way recommend JD Plumbing. I will give credit where it's due but I can't in this case. I hope this review will save someone from running into the same nightmare we had and they won't lose out on their hard earned money.

Jason did some work at my home. When I first called Jason was quick to respond, which was great. He was able to come out the same day and started promptly. His pricing was very fair for what he was doing. There were some issues along the way and after though. I'm very happy the work is now complete.

Jason of JD Plumbing Services is now my family's plumber for all of our household needs. We had a landscaping project for a 13 ft gas pipeline trenched in our backyard for a fire pit. Jason knows what he is doing. He explained every step as he went along, and we never felt like he was talking down to us just because we are women. Jason went out of his way to make sure we understood everything, answered all of our questions, treated us like family, and gave us the best price out of all of our quotes. He was sincere and straightforward and went above and beyond for our family. Jason is like a family that you can trust, which is why he is now our plumber for as long as we own our home. We recommended him to all our neighbors and think you should use him, so you know you are getting excellent quality workmanship for the best price. He even worked with the inspector who came out to check his work. I highly recommend him for everything from your everyday plumbing needs to your more extensive projects like ours.
