1 star only bc I have to. Choose another company.

JD Plum, was a complete joke. The guy was rude, demanding, uninformed, and overall a total nightmare. He barely looked at the issue, was moody to everyone he crossed path with, including my teenage son, went to his truck to ""get something,"" then popped his head in and said ""I'm leaving. It won't be covered"" & left. No explanation, no details, nothing. He spent maybe 10 mins at my home, the first 5 of that being me trying to explain the situation and show him where everything was located. I tried to explain that we had another tech from another company review it already, and he just cut me off. It was BAD.

I'm not one to complain, and as a small business owner myself, I fully understand having a rough day at work, but his actions were beyond acceptable ESPECIALLY in a customer service field. I refuse to pay someone to treat my family and I with such disrespect. If I wanted that, I'd call a very different company.

I ended up having the WORSE service. The plumber may be great, I don't know. However, the wife that scheduled our appointment canceled TWICE on us. The house is in my partner's name but he works 12 hours shifts so I'm the one that deals with everything business & managing wise. Rental leases & evictions, all in my name. For tax purposes, my partner's credit card is used. She asked me what email address to send the invoice to, so i gave his email for just sending the invoice to. The day before our scheduled appointment they send HIM (not expecting an email) a long email & finally mentioned in that long email that they want the $1500 (water heater replacement) paid upfront. He didnt see it right away while working his 12 hour shift. When she finally texted me late in the day that my partner has to prepay, he was unable to drop everything at his job to call immediately. He did call & was told they are shutting down the computer system so he can't make the payment now & they gave his appt to someone else. Our tenant was starting a new job the following week so would no longer be available Mon - Fri dayshift. This was quite the inconvenience. Another appointment was scheduled on Monday for the upcoming Saturday. I texted my partner while he was at work & he let's know he'll call on his lunch break. Apparently, without us knowing, she wanted him to call IMMEDIATELY to make that prepayment, because 29 minutes later she tells me she's canceling our appointment for the second time due to him not contacting her (immediately) & now is blocking me. Un-freaking believable!!! I honestly never had this happen to me before.
