Jon was a total lifesaver. Had a leak coming from ""somewhere"" and John was able to find and fix it without hesitation....all this on the day Prince died, which he had the misfortune of discovering in my living room.

I certainly hope I don't have more leaks, but if I do, I will certainly call Jon immediately.

Clean- Efficient- Kind
I was referred to Jon by another plumber who wasn't able to do the job which gave me great confidence. Jon was able to come the same day I called, at the time I requested to address my clogged tub. He contacted me to let me know when he was on the way (within the quoted time frame) and was very nice and pleasant when he arrived. He quickly accessed the problem, proposed a solution, gave me a quote, and got right to work. I was his last call of the day and I think the job was more stubborn than he had anticipated, but he had no complaints and kept at it until he was finished. He then went out to his van and came back with cleaning products to clean up the tub. I didn't expect that- I have had other contractors leave trash/dirt after jobs that I have to clean up. Although simple, it was a really nice touch!
I hope I don't need a plumber in the near future, but if I do Jon will be the first person I call.

I had a clogged drain in my shower that I had tried everything I could think of to fix- draino, a plastic snake, plunger- you name it ! I have long hair so am used to some drainage issues, but this was different and my shower was unusable. I gave Jon a call in the morning- he was able to come by that same afternoon, and got it fixed up within the hour. Efficient, friendly, and upfront about pricing, which was much more affordable than I was expecting. Highly recommend!

Our garbage disposal broke this week when a plate accidentally broke and shards dropped down the drain. Out of the half dozen plumbers we called, Jon replied and was available the soonest. I had a major problem with the discharge pipe for my clothes washer. Waste water was pouring out of the intake opening to the pipe and flooding my laundry area and basement. Jon came out shortly after he finished up a job he was on when I called, spent several hours first diagnosing and then trying to repair the problem (root intrusion) using an electric snake. The configuration of my piping prevented the snake from reaching the full length of the intrusion, so we scheduled a follow up appointment when he would have more time to break through some concrete to have more direct access to the problematic pipe and also install a convenient clean out in case the problem returns.

Jon arrived on time, worked steadfastly for many hours, and totally fixed the problem (plus leaving an easier way of dealing with any future root intrusions). He is polite, professional and communicates wonderfully. His charges were quite reasonable. Top notch all the way.

Like I said, stop looking- hire him!

Jon was amazing! Not only was he able to come within hours of being called, he snaked our badly clogged kitchen drain and de-sludged it in no time. Thanks for correcting our mistake of putting artichoke leaves down our small garbage disposal.
