Jon just left and boy am I relieved. Everything was fixed beautifully, so I will no longer be washing dishes in the tub!

First of all, he actually picked up the phone when I called! He arrived when he said he would, explained what he would do and gave me a price up front. He and his apprentice we friendly and professional and worked quickly. And at no time was there a display or plumber's crack;-)

Alright, alright, alright, good update!
Jon ended up having a medical emergency which makes sense now since I didn't get that vibe from him when we first met and we had a really good rapport going on his first visit here.
After recovering he was quick to respond, apologized, and was quick to replace the sink trap in our garage and it looks amazing.

I think it's safe to say stuff like this happens in this type of work when you have your apprentice do the work for experience so it was reassuring he took care of this job himself this time and was hands on. I'm sure he will be triple checking everything from now on. I will still use JD Plumbing for future work and I can now confidently say that I stand by my initial review of 5 stars!

Jon from JD Plumbing came out today and quickly found that I had a leak on the pipe connected to my shower head. He not only let me know about the leak but also showed me the problem using a camera. He wrote up a proposal letting me know the cost (parts and labor included) and what he was going to do. He also let me know up front that he only does plumbing and the wall would need to be repaired by someone else. After a run to Home Depot he was able to fix the leak in a very timely manner. He is extremely pleasant, competent and the area was completely clean when he left. I will definitely call JD Plumbing again if I ever need any future plumbing work.

Thank you JD Plumbing for replacing and installing our new toilet. I got 3 quotes and JD was the fairest price. He was willing to make same day appointment. I contacted him thru Facebook messenger and John answered my questions. They came on July 4th holiday and were done in less than an hour. Very thorough and detailed with their work. They cleaned the toilet area after installing it and even caulked it for us because we had it caulked before. They disposed our old toilet. Paid for it and on the receipt, it states a 90 day warranty on the workmanship. That's great. Will call JD again for any plumbing needs. Reliable and fair price. Thanks again.

JD Plumbing was referred by a property manager friend. I called Jon and he came within an hour to snake some drains and re-seat my toilet. Good guy - super friendly. Took the time to explain to me what was going on/what options are, which is important to me as a complete control freak. They also cleaned really well when they were done. Easy peasy!!
