Wonderful service! We had a leaky faucet and a clogged shower drain. Our technician told us that the faucet wasn't installed correctly and quickly fixed it for free, and recommended a better model for us that we could purchase at Home Depot if we wanted to. He also cleared out our shower drain super quickly and with a really positive attitude. Would definitely call JD again. Thank you so much!

JD was amazing until he forgot about getting a permit for the gas shutoff valve he installed. It's been several weeks now without any response to texts and phone calls.

Jon is the best. In the past 3 years, he's fixed a main water line leak...which was a pretty extensive job...installed a sump pump in my basement and fixed my leaking tub and kitchen sink faucets. He is always professional and frankly, the only plumber I trust to be fair and do an excellent job. So happy to have found him!

John was amazing!!! We had a leak in our house and couldn't figure out where it was coming from so he came out within an hour of me calling and was prompt, professional and smart but the most important thing: a problem solver.

He quickly figured out where the leak was coming from and explained everything to me- I know nothing about plumbing so getting a basic education was helpful. He could tell I was anxious about the problem and he stayed until we ran the water 4-5 times in order to be sure the problem was solved. I would absolutely hire John again to fix any plumbing issue and I'd give him a sixth star if I could!!!!!

Jon was professional, courteous and did an amazing job replacing two toilets for us. And when our old house threw a curve ball, he handled it quickly and without complaint. Most importantly, in the weeks since, both of the toilets have been working great! Very definitely will call again if and when the need arises.

My water heater went out yesterday. Based on the yelp reviews, I called JD. He was able to come over in less than two hours and quickly provided a fair quote. He had the job finished in less than four hours which included going out and picking up the new water heater and making sure everything was up to code. Professional and courteous the entire time.
