Melissa L.If you have a lot of time and money to waste JD is the man to help you. His company is the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. He put in a furnace and clearly had no idea what he was doing. The furnace was to be hung from the ceiling and after a few days it was sagging and we had to pay someone else to come in and fix it. Not to mention the lines he ran to the furnace weren't connected properly or even connected to the vents throughout the house. When he was called, he set up an appointment to come and meet with us but never showed up. We called again and he was rude and very defensive and he gave every excuse as to why he couldn't fix it. He never came to fix anything he promised to. He was paid cash in full prior to starting the job. Please find another company before wasting your money with this one.
