He was very busy but promised I'll get your job done.
On the day of appt. ,he let me know that he had a customer with a bad leak. He had to take care before me, I completely understood and realized if it was me with a bad leak I would want a plummer NOW.
Our appt was for noon, he called me approx 230 said he was wet had to change clothes and grab a bite to eat and he would be here for my plumbing needs. And this was on a Saturday!! Jeff was here by 315 ready to work
And work he did until after dark. When he finished I didn't have a big mess to clean up after him. And believe me I have had with some repair professionals. ,(I
didn't consider them professionals
However I use used word professional for JD Graham plumbing
If you remember I stated it was on a Saturday. Jeff doesn't charge overtime or weekend charges and does an excellentl job...what a win win situation

We had a very hard to discover leak that had left us sick due to our new laminate floor having water all beneath it. Once we had found the source of the leak, we called JD Graham plumbing and ON THE SAME DAY WE CALLED, Jeff squeezed us into his schedule despite the fact that we're clear out of his way. He communicated with us very well, we knew when he was going to show up, and once here, he quickly was able to remedy the leaking water supply and charged a very reasonable price for the service. Very happy with the job he did, and that he cared enough to fit us in to his already-full schedule on same-day notice.

Extremely annoying! Their company vehicle was parked directly in front of our driveway & blocking the access for my car to leave for multiple hours, even though a lot of parking was available without any trouble: across the street & directly in front of our property also. I've asked the people to move their van & they left for only 10 minutes probably before coming back & parking in the same location again for a long time, It's absolutely ridiculous honestly!

Saved a bunch of money by calling this company first .Thanks Jeff for saving our plumbing and saving us money . It is hard to find companies anymore that work within the budget of there customers . By not charging for after hours or overtime prices I was able to finish my project under budget and within the timeframe I needed to have it completed. The plumbers were thoughtful by wearing shoe covers in my house saving me clean up time later. I couldn't have been happier with there work .Thanks J D Graham Plumbing . I am a return customer, and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Driver of their van almost hit me when he swerved into the bike lane on 13th. Plate number 540 FHP. Drove down the bike lane for 2 blocks from high street on before pulling back into their lane and heading down Patterson. Might be fine plumbers but their driving is a hazard other road users.

Fantastic Plumber!
I called twice, both times were not regular hours.
Called once on a Sunday evening around 7:30pm, was there no less then 30 minutes later. I had broke off my hose pipe and water was spraying everywhere. He fixed it no problem.
Second time, was a Monday evening around 7pm. My water heater was leaking water. Again, he fixed it.
His prices are responsible and he is excellent at what he does!
