Our service technician was prompt, friendly, professional, and fixed our problem quickly. Somehow the dosing syringe for our baby's medicine got INTO the garbage disposal, which blocked the sink and stopped the disposal. Our technician was in and out in under an hour.

Our bathtub was backed up, then our bathroom sink, and then Damian came to the rescue! He arrived on the date arranged and within the time frame scheduled, respectfully removed his shoes before entering, and proceeded with his work. He educated me on Plumbing 101 and explained the culprit, as well as advised me what to do to prevent this from happening again in the future. We called our home warranty, AHS, and they assigned JD Drain Tech to us. John arrived on time with a mask and took off his shoes. Our sink was backed up but John knew exactly what to do. It only took a few minutes of snaking the drain and the issue was resolved. Would definitely recommend this company.

Unbelievable!!! Worst company ever. They set up an appointment with me Between 8 am and Noon. NEVER showed up. They Notified the AMS warranty that they were here and completed the job (I guess so they could still be paid.) CROOKS!

I would not ever EVER recommend this company to anyone! I had to open a claim with American Shield for a stoppage in my home. They sent this guy out. He showed up in the allotted time but mind you I lost a whole day of work. He was there for 7 minutes looking for a ""clean out"" . He says to me and I quote ""Sometimes these things are on the roof but, you don't have one. You're gonna have to get one installed. They're about $500.00"" He never climbed on the roof to look for it and was gone In 7 minutes tops! My husband gets home, I tell him what the ""expert tech"" said so he climbed on the roof and found it himself!! We had to rent machinery to get the stoppage freed but, this could've been done by the tech whom I paid for had he done his work diligently and not been lazy! Now I'm out the $75 service fee plus the rental fee for the equipment. What a joke!
