This company rates 5+ stars. Joyce in the office is excellent. Within a few minutes I had a same day appointment. I was able to track the tech's ETA on line and he arrived a minute early. John was very friendly, efficient, and diagnosed the problem instantly. His job was complete in 20 minutes. What a fantastic experience!

We called our home warranty, AHS, and they assigned JD Drain Tech to us. John arrived on time with a mask and took off his shoes. Our sink was backed up but John knew exactly what to do. It only took a few minutes of snaking the drain and the issue was resolved. Would definitely recommend this company.

Unbelievable!!! Worst company ever. They set up an appointment with me Between 8 am and Noon. NEVER showed up. They Notified the AMS warranty that they were here and completed the job (I guess so they could still be paid.) CROOKS!

I would not ever EVER recommend this company to anyone! I had to open a claim with American Shield for a stoppage in my home. They sent this guy out. He showed up in the allotted time but mind you I lost a whole day of work. He was there for 7 minutes looking for a ""clean out"" . He says to me and I quote ""Sometimes these things are on the roof but, you don't have one. You're gonna have to get one installed. They're about $500.00"" He never climbed on the roof to look for it and was gone In 7 minutes tops! My husband gets home, I tell him what the ""expert tech"" said so he climbed on the roof and found it himself!! We had to rent machinery to get the stoppage freed but, this could've been done by the tech whom I paid for had he done his work diligently and not been lazy! Now I'm out the $75 service fee plus the rental fee for the equipment. What a joke!

Easy to work with in coordinating service date/time. Damian arrived promptly at the agreed time. Damian was professional in his work, best of all, he was neat and clean. For this we are greatful. He offered tips on how to prevent future blockages.

Not sure why the negative reviews. John was prompt and quick to resolve my issue. Even though the clog was deep in my plumbing. He came through AHS and while he can't control what they cover. We had a great experience and he left with everything covered by my warranty.

Worst service ever ahs send this unfriendly guy who just look at my bathroom sink and said I can't fixt it all he has to do was to put the new p trap that I already bought and run the snake that's it very useless and unprofessional contractor I think ahs should do a background on contractors to see if they know how to do the plumbing job before hire them just a thought I don't like to leave nasty reviews but I had no other choice.
