If I could give this zero stars I would. Whirlpool contracts them to complete repairs under warranty. Has scheduled them twice. No show, no call twice. Called multiple times. Calls were never answered, never returned. If you are needing repairs completed under warranty for Whirlpool tell them you want someone else.

Absolutely no customer service . They do not answer the phone they are no show for appointments. They don't even answer phone for GE. Been waiting 2 weeks for service finally day of service no show called 5 times no answer even called they day before to confirm with no call back. I can't believe GE keeps using this company with so many bad reviews and for this company to treat customers as if they do not matter. I guess he/she has enough business that they don't care about gaining additional customers in today's economy. Absolutely shameful that they just disregard customers. If you don't not want to do the job then limit you service calls . Not far for people to be waiting weeks on end for an appointment and you don't show. You should be ashamed to treat people this way that are depending on your service! Called ge and now have to reschedule for another appointment with ge .

My insurance warranty company recommended this repair place for service of my dryer. An appointment was made on Nov 11 for Nov 24th. I received email confirmation of the service date. JC's service repair never showed up nor called or emailed. I tried calling JC's on day of service no one answered and I couldn't leave a message because mailbox was full. I texted & emailed with no reply from them. I called my warranty company Saturday the 26th and explained what happened. They were able to get through to JC's at the same number I was dialing only to get a date of Dec 7th. JC's gave no reason or apologize for not showing up, calling on the 24th. I tried calling the same number after I spoke with my warranty company and no answer. I canceled the appointment with JC's and scheduled with a responsible repair service company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JC's REPAIR SERVICE. They have no respect for their customers time and definitely no responsibility to keep scheduled appointments and/or make reasonable accommodations for when they miss appointments to reschedule a missed appointment earlier than two additional weeks. If there were an option for no stars that's what they would've got. Had my 2nd appointment for today that I scheduled and had to miss a day of work to stay at home. Today, they did a no call no show for my scheduled appointment time.

When I scheduled my 1st appointment towards the end of November, I received a call promptly at 1pm for the time a lot I had selected for my appointment, no voice mail was left nor was a text message sent to you. Instead, this company contact GE and my appointment was canceled. I contacted the person/number that called me, no answer. All of this took place in a matter of 30 minutes and of course I couldn't be added back to the service repairers schedule for the day which is why I had to make another appointment. To top things off, this company lied and told GE that they called several times, they did NOT call me several times. It's 2021, we all have caller id, clearly I would know.

I was informed by GE that they use a 3rd party service repair company in Philadelphia and provided me with the address of the business and telephone number. The number is registered in North Carolina and the address was a residence, so I was unable to go to the business and speak with management. I also called them, left a message and asked for a return call earlier today, to no avail. GE also called and was unable to get an answer and also left a message.

This is incredibly inconsiderate. Especially while we are still in a pandemic with just about everyone seeking staff for employment. I am fortunate to be employed but having to miss 2 days of work and now a 3rd day is very frustrating.

Had an appointment with them thru GE Applicants Center since our dishwasher stopped working. Still under warranty.

Appointment set for May 24th from 1-5 o.m. after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment with them.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. NEVER CALLED. I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THEM - NO RETURN CALL.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT AT ALL. DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR!

CALLED GE back and told them do NOT give this business the time of day.

My heater needed repair, they said they ordered the part. Then they said they were car jacked and had to re-order the part. 4 weeks have gone by and never heard from them. They are just unreliable.

Referred by Best Buy, no call no show. I was advised to reschedule with them. After explaining this company has done this before and is possibly out of business they made an appointment elsewhere.

Horrible horrible horrible. I would give no stars but unfortunately I can't. giving one star is a complement. This is the second time I had an appointment with them and no call/no show Greek squad seriously need to drop their contact with them. F this place.
