J G.Got to us in under an hour and knocked out the job. We were very happy with the service, and the gentleman was super friendly. Would definitely use them again. Fixed a toilet that my daughter had flushed stuff down that the plunger couldn't handle. The price was fair as well considering the quick response.
Jeannie M.Plumber came, spent all afternoon and most of night. Did not know how to fix toilet. Was trying to read directions after several hours. Then he said toilet was fixed after I told him it was late and I had to go to bed. He then tried to charge a lot over the highest estimated price I had gotten through Yelp. He said it was because of having to go to warehouses to get supplies, but according to the New Orleans Service guidelines, the customer can expect a reasonable charge for supplies and for it to be timely (I.e., not to take all afternoon and most of the night).
He then missed two appointments that he made through texts to come back and fix the job even tho he'd been paid. He finally came and fixed toilet after I texted him. He then argued with me after I pointed out the problems with the job.
NOT recommended.
