I'm not sure how he got 5 stars for everything, but he's a crook. He gave general pricing mentioning he could plumb for maybe $80 and ends up staying for 3 hours to fix it. He charged the person that was home $350, and told me he hadn't been paid, so I paid him as well. He sent an invoice to me after the other person had paid him. When I spoke with him, he said he'd return the money to the other person. He said he's honest, and I trusted him to do the right thing like his reviews show.
He ignored all messages, calls and requests to receive pictures from the job, when he agreed earlier, but all of a sudden there is a cracked P-trap that he has to replace and no evidence to show why it might take him so long for a clogged sink.

He won't accept my calls to return the payment. He's deceptive. Don't call this person. He's been given sufficient time (more than a week of this) to return the money and hasn't.

He has positive ratings here, but apparently he thinks it's ok to steal from people without earning it. At this point he's causing people that can barely afford rent to pay his extra price, and then he steals more.

So happy Bernard got back to me so quickly! He came out the next morning and completed installing 2 through the wall air conditioners. He did all the touch up paint and cleaned everything up nicely.
He is a very pleasant and friendly as is his assistant.

If you need a handyman I highly recommend Bernar! He quickly responded my voicemail and gave me a quote! He came to my house fixed a bunch of things and did an amazing work! He knows how to fix everything electrical, plumbing, floors, etc...His employee and him are vaccinated !

5 stars for Bernard and his team. He came out the same day to give us a quote, we agreed, and he was back over on his next available day (which was less than a week later). He fixed our fence (which required four posts deep into the ground w/cement), a drainage system that runs along the front of the garage, and backyard lighting. We mentioned that we wanted to build a little gate at some point in this odd area of the backyard, but told him we could revisit that another day.. But he took it upon himself to build a temporary gate in the meantime! So nice of him!

A week after he fixed everything, he called to check in to make sure everything was working properly. Couldn't be happier with his work and work etiquette! I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything built/fixed! Thank you, Bernard!

Bernard where have you been all my life?! But seriously, we have been looking for someone to do small jobs around the house and have had nothing but disappointment. Bernard came out last minute when we had a minor emergency, quickly fixed the problem and fixed a few other little issues around the house and was nothing but amiable and kind. I look forward to hiring him in the future. Don't waste your time with the other guys, hire Bernard!
