The plumber they sent to our rescue was great. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He really stuck to it and solved our problem, which was a very odd deal. He not only fixed our issue, but was able to find the source of our problem and prevent future issues for the whole condo building. Our plumbers name was Allen, great job young man.

I called JCP plumbing to snake my pipe after flushing cleaning rags down the toilet. They were there within TWO hours and had the rags out within 30 minutes. Lifesavers!!! This was a client's home and they saved me so much grief and money! They also communicated with me from the time Cynthia answered my call and put me through to Shorty, the owner, who proceeded to speak with the condo manager for the best plan to deal with the problem. Thanks also to Tony and the crew for removing my """"mistake"""" so quickly. They all went the total extra mile to help me. I would give them 10+ stars!!!!
