I was recommended to use this company to install some plumbing needed for washer. The work was completed in a day by Jake and another guy and in the spirit of fairness they did a good job as far as I can tell. However in the course of doing the job they damaged my brand new stainless fridge door with a 2 inch scratch and offered to come up with a solution. Despite following up with texts and calls I have heard nothing with regard to making this right. This is disappointing to say the least.

I highly recommend this company. Jake provided exceptional service at a very affordable price. The company was very responsive and communicative to my yelp service request. Jake was the assigned representative who came to my house, he notified me prior to his arrival, he was very professional and kind upon meeting him. He promptly assessed all of my plumbing issues and gave me immediate quotes. When I decided to go with them for my repair, Jake was so helpful. He sent me pictures of items that I needed to purchase for the repair which was super helpful. He even picked up the items (toilet and hot water heater). The service is truly exceptional. He went above and beyond in repairing all of my issues same day. He gave windows of time he would stop by and called when he was in route. He was very flexible and super kind! The professionalism was top tier as Jake readily explained everything and took time to go through the various options that I had for each repair. This happened a month ago I was facing constant problems with our bathtub getting flooded with dirty water from the upstairs neighbors, my condominium plumbing company couldn't figure out the issue but Jacob was able to show up 20 minutes within my request and gave me the best estimate, but on top of all that he was was able to fix the flooding problem and since then no issues with flooding or cloggings. This company definitely deserves more than 5 stars.

I highly recommend JCL Plumbing. They were extremely responsive, have an automated scheduling system to allow for fast appointment setting and provide excellent service at a reasonable cost. Jake showed up 10 minutes early, was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and our kitchen drain was slow to drain, Jacob was great, came out and fixed everything, was excellent at communicating how to fix the problem, offered some suggestions. Would def give him a call in the future if any problems come up. Thanks again

Jake has helped on a few issues in our house such as clogged shower, low water pressure and tankless water heater maintenance. He is very respondent and gives me updates when he is en route. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained everything to me as I do not know anything about plumbing and gives recommendations. Will definitely hire Jake again for future.
