Javier Castillo and his team are terrific. They are utterly professional, unusually kind, and super excellent in their knowledge and expertise. They do everything from unclogging your sink to installing toilets, and we have had them do both! After the job is done, they put everything back and clean... it looks nicer than before they arrive! Javier is VERY responsive, gets back to you right away. His team always carefully explains everything they are doing and why. Prices are reasonable, especially for such excellent service. Javier and his team did a fantastic job replacing a leaking tankless water heater in our home, including finding us a high quality replacement model and taking care of all of the needed installation extras, like new venting, new piping, etc. We were particularly impressed with how quickly they responded -- Javier was able to check out the initial problem within a few hours of our first call, and the new unit was installed just a few days later. This is my second encounter with JC plumbing and with both jobs I found them competent, professional, and very pleasant to work with. My most recent job was adding a bathroom which involved sawing through the concrete slab, installing drains, hot and cold water piping, hooking up to the septic tank, installing a tank-less water heater, running gas lines and air vents. Highly recommended.
