This is my second encounter with JC plumbing and with both jobs I found them competent, professional, and very pleasant to work with. My most recent job was adding a bathroom which involved sawing through the concrete slab, installing drains, hot and cold water piping, hooking up to the septic tank, installing a tank-less water heater, running gas lines and air vents. Highly recommended.

If Yelp had a 10 star review I would be giving it right now. We are first time home buyers, and were so overwhelmed by everything. I made several calls just to get bids, and no one would give us the time of day; they were too busy. Even though Javier was extremely busy he was extremely responsive to my phone calls, and text. When we discussed what we wanted done, he walked us through the process and made us feel extremely comfortable. Within 24 hours I had a quote from him, and the very next day he started the job. His crew even came in on Saturday to work so that my family and I had hot water to take showers. His team were courteous, punctual, professional, and do an outstanding job! I have heard horror stories of people receiving bids and 1/2 way through get told its going to be more expensive or they just stop, and you have to chase them down to finish the project. Javier stuck to his initial quote, and stuck to his timeline, and like I said he and his crew were earning every bit of it. I will be using them for all our plumbing needs, and I want the entire valley to know if you need plumbing work, and you want it done right... Do not hesitate to call Javier and his crew.

Exceptional service and kind hearted business. When I decided to reach out to JC Plumbing I didn't expect the level of customer care they provided to me. When on the phone I was warmly greeted and then voiced my concern about getting my faucet fixed/replaced. She was kind enough to get in touch with Javier and he was at my place later THAT SAME DAY! (Note that I live in Santa Maria and he was coming from Buellton). My kitchen faucet was not working and I needed it fixed or replaced, being a stay home mom I use my faucet/sink frequently. After looking at the sink he was extremely knowledgeable about the best kind of faucets and possible problems I could be having. He asked if he could try and fix it before I spend a whole lot for a new one. Few minutes later and the FAUCET WAS WORKING! I couldn't be happier!! He continued to inform me on how to prevent future issues from happening and how to care for a faucet like the one I had. I just moved here and do not know anything about plumbing or who to call so now whenever I have plumbing problems I am 100% calling JC plumbing and you should too! If I could give more than 5 starts I would.

We've hired JC Plumbing twice to do work on our house. Javier is prompt and nice to work with. Most recently we hired him to install new toilets in a home we purchased. He coordinated about 5 guys to come out and the work was done quickly. He discarded the old toilets and all of the packaging. His guys cleaned up and the rate was affordable. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

I needed a new water heater and was recommended to this company by a friend who has lived in the area for years. Javier came right over and gave a fair estimate for the job and then was able to get it done very quickly. Javier and his team performed an excellent job and were prompt, courteous and cleaned up when they were done. One challenge was that the copper fittings between the old and new units were in very different places and they did an excellent job measuring, custom cutting and sweating the new connections. I watched and could tell they really cared about the job. Maybe it is standard practice but I was happy to learn that their price included replacing everything, the drain pan, the water lines and the gas line. They even had to custom cut and fit the PVC line coming off the drain pan.... what a pain.... but again they did it very nicely. Another pair of JC Plumbing crew showed up to cart off the old water heater and even they were friendly. Great teamwork guys!

I need to preface this by saying we thankfully haven't needed Javier to do any work for us yet. We thought we needed a new water heater. Javier came over at a time that worked for our schedule and gave us his HONEST opinion that we could hold off on replacing the water heater. We plan on using Javier in the future if and when we have plumbing issues.

I called Javier at 9:15 pm on a Saturday because my water heater had sprung a leak, spilling water into my garage. He called me back at 9:30pm and said he would meet me at 8:00am the next morning! He was on time and would have fixed it then, but could not get the parts needed to fix it because it was Sunday. Monday morning He arrived at 8:00am and replaced my water heater with a tankless unit. I could not believe how neat, clean, and efficient a job he did and at a reasonable price! I give him 5 stars for sure.
