I'm helping my aunt with fixing up and doing some repairs on her house. She has 2 bathrooms and sort of stopped using one because of a plumbing issue with her bathtub. She is elderly and I've been helping her out with a lot of things.

I called Carlos and he was awesome! His proposal was very reasonable, he was polite, came on time and did a great job.

Carlos was very friendly and accommodating when I called about a leaky sink. He gave me some pointers to see if I can fix the problem on my own and then when he came over which was the following day he was very prompt and was able to fix the issue with no problem. When I asked Carlos to also look at my sub pump he was very knowledgeable and informative and give me a quote on what needs to get done. I would definitely recommend JCD plumbing and will use them for additional work on my property.

On a cold day we had a pipe freeze and burst, spraying water across our basement. Luckily there was an existing shutoff so we could turn off the affected pipes without it being an emergency. Carlos came out the next day and replaced the burst pipes, replaced the leaky shutoff valves, and fixed some additional existing issues with our plumbing.

Carlos is very nice, clearly answered all of my many questions, and is extremely knowledgeable. He kept the work area clean and took off his shoes before he came inside. He also had all of the parts and valves he needed in his truck so he didn't need take up time to run to the store to buy anything.

I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

I've been having a hard time with a bathtub drain that was slow and troublesome. Being low on cash and in between gigs, I had to resort to finding the most affordably priced options in my area. I had two different companies come out to my place to fix this problem, but each time, I ran into a situation where the quoted price for the fix would drastically change after the plumbers went down into the crawl space. After paying each service fee, all I got out of it was the fact that I have a big problem down there and the work will be extensive. The piping below had to be replaced completely.

With two different companies on hand, we decided to not work with them because the service just was not on par with what we're used to. With each visit, our floors were dirtied, our walls were stained, and our brand new tub got chipped and scuffed all over. The recklessness and lack of care on what they did ABOVE the house made us think that whatever happened BELOW the house would be identical.

After asking around with friends and family, we were connected with Carlos at JCD. We don't regret calling Carlos. We got what we wanted to be fixed, and at the same time, we didn't have to worry about cleaning up after him!

He came right on the appointed time.
He tarped the walkways to the bathtub and crawlspace.
He took pictures for us of what's happening down below and showed us his work after he finished.
He double checked that the tub was draining as it should.
He was kind and courteous to my wife and me.

What more could I say, or ask for?

I'm in an older home so I'm sure something with plumbing will come up again, hopefully not soon, but when it does, I'll be calling Carlos.
