I've had Kyler do some work here a few times, and I've been happy with it every time. JCB is always very responsive (which was HIGHLY appreciated when it was an emergency), and Kyler's work has been efficient and high-quality. I get the sense that Kyler's advice is based on good judgment and that he's advising me based on what is in my best interest.

For reference, he came in once because we thought we had a burst pipe (it wasn't, but he found the problem). Another time I had him unclog a shower drain (he got the job done quickly and successfully). This time around I had him replace a leaky hose spigot and install a utility sink in the laundry room.

Kitchen sink drain was partially blocked. Called in JCB plumbing. Plumber Payton M came in, worked on it for a long time and COMPLETELY blocked the drain and charged $450. He recommended a hydrojet for at least another $500. It was above our budget and we went for almost a month with a blocked kitchen sink drain.

A different plumber heard about the hydrojet suggestion and dismissed it after a few questions. He came in, fixed it and charged $250.

Had an issue with a leaky supply valve to a toilet, annoying but not an emergency. They were able to get us on the schedule for service within 24 hours. Zaim arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and replaced the valve promptly. Was very courteous and professional. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

They do great work, and I have full confidence in their work and plumbing ability. They are very careful when they work and clean up the work area after the job is finished. They cover their shoes while walking thru the house. They strive to provide great service. I can't say enough good things about them.
