Our water heater sprang a leak during these hot Covid days. We were out of town and were notified by our HOA. A neighbor saw water coming out of garage!
I called JC Sewer & Drain after reading reviews on Yelp. I'm so glad I did! Jacob came to take out the old water heater and agreed to come back once the restoration company rebuilt the platform in the garage.
He finished our job today. I was out of town so he sent me a photo of the newly installed water heater.
It was a pleasure working with Jacob & the JC Sewer team. I highly recommend them.

This is my second time using this company and I will not hesitate to use them again! Great customer service, fast appointments and fantastic results! I have problems with roots growing into the clay sewer pipes and Jeff and James were able to come out next day to cut the roots and clear the clog. Thank you for your help!

We had a few projects that needed to be done. Jeff took care of the easier ones (snaking a couple of lines and replacing two outdoor hose bibs) and then had the harder job of fixing the temperature control on our shower. He kept working at it until he had it figured out (poor work from a prior plumber was a major factor). We appreciated his determination to get it repaired.

Excellent customer service! Our water heater went out on Sunday, and they sent someone out to by noon to see what was going on. We were given a quote and told what to expect. We scheduled service for between 9-10am next day, and Jacob showed up at 9am. He was a very polite professional, and answered all the questions that I had along the way. Our new water heater is in and working great. If we have any issues in the future we will be calling them.

Jeffrey was our technician and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and maintained home. He truly worked with us and PG&E to fix the problem and make sure it was solved once and for all. Also, Yvonne made sure we were taken care of and we were the first call of the day.

Was remodelling our bathroom and needed a new tiolet to be installed. Called on a Friday to schedule for the following Monday afternoon and all set! Come Monday had some issues with our flooring so had to reschedule and ladies were so understandable about the last minute change. Finally on Tuesday Jake showed up after 5pm and was so accommodating and installed our tiolet and was great to talk to as well!! Will be using them again if any issues arise!

JC has done a lot of work for us over the last couple years. He's always been on time, worked really hard and charged fair prices. Him and his team are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure each job is done right. Most recently, he re-plumbed our kitchen and plumbed a new bathroom in our basement with an up-flush toilet. We have an old house that we are renovating - I expect we'll be using him more in the future!
