Disappointed on their warranty, took the money but didn't fix the problems, was ask to pay another fee for something i already paid for the first time, bad warranty and customer services would not recommend

Had an emergency call first thing Monday morning with a block in the main sewer line. Elisha was there within a few hours. Unfortunately my sewer drain was buried under about a foot of grass and not even located at the front where marked. I'm grateful they took the time to search for it. He had the block cleared in no time. Elisha was very friendly and patient. I had a great experience with James and Yvonne as well. Thank you for your hard work. I definitely recommend their services.

Plumbing guy Memo came to my place on time, he explained what he is suppose to do. He replaced my old and leaking washing machine valve that is connected to the wall. Reasonable pricing and honest.

Called them around 9am because my toilet was overflowing into the shower. Guy that picked up said Elisha would be there between 10-2. He got here right at 10. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around a great guy. Fixed my problem in an hours time. $125 no extra fees or anything. And that was with him taking his time to make sure everything was working perfectly. Definitely would call them again!! Excellent service in a matter of no time.

My husband had someone come out yesterday to work on our tankless water heater (because they claim they have the knowledge to do so). The person that was sent out took a look at the heater for 5-15 min and apparently realized he did not know what he was doing and after a phone call notified my husband that he was going to send someone else out. Welllllll, my husband had to miss a day of work and the water heater is continuing to leak possibly damaging more extensively as we waste time. My husband instructed them not to send anyone else out.

He then decided to call the company and the receptionist/ secretary was completely rude. My husband was explaining the situation and she claims they do know how to work on water heaters, but someone more experienced can come back out. They claim to change the part was going to take 5-6 hours after quoting 2. They charge $125 an hour. Wouldn't they know the right amount of time it would take after you let them know of the service you need EXACTLY, if they are experienced??

So, after not coming to an agreement about the situation and my husband trying to make his point across. She says, ""sir, instead of arguing with me, shouldn't you be trying to find someone else?"" Well, we wouldn't need that to happen if they had provided excellent customer service to begin with.

Overall horrible impression and if you need some work on your tankless heater DEFINITELY do not call them. They have no clue on what they are doing.

Called for someone to fix a wax seal on out toilet damaged by another plumbing company, and they had a workman out the next day. He fixed it quickly and very professionally. Prices were great and customer service was an A+ We will use J.C again for all our plumbing needs.

I have gone to JC for three different problems in my house (garbage disposal, sink, and toilet). Every time they have been able to identify the problem very efficiency and provide a detailed explanation of what is wrong, possible reasons as to how it got that way, the different methods to fix it, and their recommendation. In addition, they always broke down their pricing. Out of all of the people who have come and worked on my appliances, Elijah stood out to me as he was extremely kind, very efficient, prepared, accommodating, and he acted like he had all the time in the world to help me! If I could however, give 4.5 stars in stead of five I would because their organization has failed them a few times. Locating my invoice in their system was difficult as well as their estimated times have always been at least 30 minutes off. While I have talked to a few different facilitators, Yvonne has always been very helpful and and a great communicator. Overall I will always go to JC to my plumbing needs as long as I am in Stockton.
