My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and we ended up having to call a plumber. Our home warranty wouldn't make the repair, so we called JC Sewer & Drain and they were able to come out right away, within 2 hours. EJ came and worked on it until he fixed it. These guys are honest, which I really appreciate being that I bought a home with roots in my sewer pipes. These guys have come out twice for me and got roots out, and another two times to snake a drain, (my darn hair is too much apparently!)
They're quick to respond and reasonably priced!
James and Ross came out today, snaked my drain, and got me flowing again, thank goodness! I was praying for it not to be roots! They were in and out in under 15 minutes and had me on my way!

Elisha came out the same day we called to do an estimate on a smaller plumbing job we wanted done. I asked him to run new hot/cold lines and extend a drain line through some cabinets and a wall so I could install a new washer/dryer in my in-law suite. After a few minutes of covering the different options we could choose, he came back with a great estimate and said he could get the job done the next day. Amazing.

He came back the next day at 8:30AM as promised and went to work. Elisha worked all day and completed the job as promised.

Quality work from a really great guy too.
Will be keeping their number handy for any future work or repairs needed.

Fantastic company to work with all around. From the ease in getting an appointment set up (with Yvonne over the phone) to the outstanding field service provided by Elisha, the entire team at JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing made our garbage disposal replacement experience a smooth and cost-effective one.

I want to give a particular shout-out and recognition to Elisha. He not only did a great job explaining the issue with our garbage disposal as well as the different options we had to replace it, his work was clean, efficient, and professional. He only did what was necessary, meaning, he didn't replace the piping or the flange/mounting ring that were in good condition (I had done a fair amount of self-diagnosis and online reading beforehand, and Elisha was very honest in everything he said and did).

I highly recommend JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Cost-saving note/advice: Buy your own garbage disposal unit from a local home improvement store beforehand (Moen brand if you need a unit with power cord attached; Badger brand if you do not), because that would save the technician time (to drive to the store, buy the part, and then come back) which means money saved for you as labor cost is charged per hour. We did this, and Elisha finished in just under an hour. If we hadn't, that would have been an extra $125, since they charge $125/hr.

They came, they saw, they fixed it! James is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Had problems with a backup in my bathroom drain and my garbage disposal was on the fritz. They worked quietly and efficiently and now my drain is working and my garbage disposal has been replaced. I will continue to use his services whenever I have a plumbing problem.

Lightning strikes 3 times !!!

Rick came out at noon and installed a custom toilet fantastic job..... then 2 hours later I thought there was a little leak from underneath...... oops my bad.... we found that the toilet was fine which I knew that it was fine but I just didn't understand where the water was coming from..... turns out the sewer needed snaking again I mean brilliant they could have taken us for another hundred bucks but he didn't...... you're as awesome as you sounded as I was listening to all your conversations with my wife ......thanks Rick.

Exceptional. The owner of the company came out on a Sunday and fixed my plugged up drain in an hour. He obviously was very knowledgeable and seasoned in his work because he knew exactly how to tackle my problem in a timely fashion. He did the job and at the quoted price we agreed on before hand. Before he left my house he made sure to tell me that he stands by his work and if anything happens after he leaves to be sure to call him right away and he will come back no problem to fix it! Wow. Great service at a great price. I highly recommend this business if you need a plumber!!!
