It's hard to write a better review than this one. I had 3 shower fixture retrofits to perform at home. I requested quotes from all the top ranked places on Yelp, but Julio was the only one to actually commit to a dollar amount (and reasonable one) in writing before coming. Once here, he discovered (and showed me) how my pipes were much older and would require a MUCH more complex and expensive installation. I held my breath waiting for him to say ""and here's what it'll cost you - let's start today"" but he's so honest that he said ""I don't recommend it - let's just fix what's wrong and not mess with a good thing."" His work was thorough, speedy, courteous and professional. Cleaned everything up. And even helped with another small thing I had in the house. Strongly recommend Julio and his team!

JC Rooter was quick, thorough, on-time, and reasonably priced. For a non-emergency toilet repair, he was able to come the next day, coming right at the start of his quoted time range. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and he and team had it fixed in no time at all, putting everything back together better than he found it. All in all, I would turn to him again for any plumbing issues, and would happily recommend his service.

No one wants to call a plumber, but there are times one has to. I contacted JC Rooter for a couple of plumbing repairs that, frankly, I didn't have time for and one of which my handyman had unsuccessfully tried to do -- twice. Julio obviously takes pride in his work: he communicates well, is prompt, does his work well, and then double-checks his work; then, he assures you that if there is a problem you can call him. I had three bids to do the work, with Julio being not only the lowest total cost, but also the firmest -- he was able to quote his total price, while the other two were ""plus parts."" Between the firmness of price, the quality of work, and the simple sureness that he'll be there if things happen to go awry make for a five-star experience and my five-star recommendation.

Absolutely recommend this local business ! I was a little skeptical at the beginning since I never used this business before but decided to give them a try. They help me replaced my kitchen sink with reasonable price. There were a minor issue after they completed the job but they came back fixed it without asking. I'm very happy with this father and son team, they will be my go to guys for any plumbing issues.

I am so glad I found JC Rooter for all my plumbing needs! Julio is knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I have used them for toilet backup issues, my outdoor faucet problems (it needed to be replaced) and a sink I wanted to install in my Laundry room. You can't match the price for the amazing work! JC Rooter even diagnosed my outdoor plumbing issue when no one else could. I will never use anyone else! 5 stars highly recommend!
