My 84 year old mother lives in Camarillo and I noticed a leak in her bathroom. I was confident that it was a toilet issue and I put out the call on yelp for a plumber... JC Rooter replied quickly and indicated he would be able to come out the same day to take a look at this.

As it turns out, the issue was not with the toilet, but rather with the faucet and the valves under the bathroom vanity. While the price went up from initial ring toilet replacement, all work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. And this poor man had to deal with my 84-year-old mother, who wrote the check for an incorrect amount, and he was unable to cash the check. He was kind enough to come back out around my moms busy schedule. (have I mentioned she's 84 years old?!?) to pick up a replacement check for the correct amount. Kudos to JC Rooter for a great job. Well done!

I was told by a different plumbing company that I needed a regulator for my water pressure. I reached out to various plumbers for estimates and Julio responded fast and was able to come same day. Julio evaluated my water supply and noted that in fact I do have a regulator that is functioning just fine. Julio is honest and will not charge for something that does not need to be done. Will definitely be using Julio for my plumbing needs in the future. Very responsive and trustworthy!

I messaged a few companies to install an air gap for my dishwasher. Surprisingly a lot of people do not do this but JC rooter does! He did in about a couple hours and most importantly was very clean! He is very responsive and lets you know if he's running late. I will definitely use his services again for future service.

I needed my new propane grill converted to natural gas. Home Depot told me I needed a licensed plumber. I found several through yelp wand wasn't having much luck. JC Rooter was able to assist. They showed up on time and called me when they where about 30 minutes away. Inspected the grill, quoted me a price and stayed true to it. Even when they discovered they needed to make a trip to Home Depot for an adapter, they didn't raise the price. Will be keeping them in mind for future plumbing needs.

We requested him to come check out your business to install 2 shampoo washing stations and give us a quote for the job. He did a great job finding the water lines and even spoke to the leasing agent about doing another job for him . He was there for a while and everything sounded promising . He charged us to run a camera that day , we paid him because he said in order to move forward this was required . He said he'd get back to us next day with an estimate . We did not hear from him and we have been calling him and texting him for a week now and still no response . We would have been fine if he just answer back , even if it was to decline the service .

We noticed a clog in our children's toilet. We tried plunging, getting an auger, nothing was working. I reached out a few plumbers on here and Julio got back to me the fastest on a Friday night and let me know he can be at my place the next day, which is today. He told me he'd be here between 9-10 and he called to let me know he was 15 minutes out.

Him and his wife came in and they were very nice and sweet. Very upfront about costs. They ended up having to remove the toilet and out popped a toy phone. They sealed the toilet back in and all in all it was a pretty quick visit. I'd definitely recommend them and will call them if anything else comes up!

My new water filtration system has been installed! The team did an amazing job. There was an unforeseen obstacle (my mistake) and they worked around it well without any problems. The job was completed in a timely manner, and I felt very comfortable inviting the duo into my home, which is important to me. So respectful, professional, and kind.
