This guy is a really very unprofessional. I called him to replace my kitchen faucet because hot water did not have any pressure. I bought a new faucet. He came and look at it and said the pipe is clogged, he will clean and there is no need to change the faucet . He charged me $110.00 and said it is clean. Though hot water pressure comeback right away, but it lasted for less than two days. I called him and after multiple calls, he told me that he will come and install the new facet, but he never came. I again called him and after several calls and text messages, he responded and made an appointment to come and install the faucet, but will charge me $180.00 to install the faucet. I asked him ""what about $110.00 I paid you for cleaning based on your advise and that did not work"". He refused to reduce his price to install the faucet. He is very arrogant and refuse to admit his mistake. I will not hire him again.

My 84 year old mother lives in Camarillo and I noticed a leak in her bathroom. I was confident that it was a toilet issue and I put out the call on yelp for a plumber... JC Rooter replied quickly and indicated he would be able to come out the same day to take a look at this.

As it turns out, the issue was not with the toilet, but rather with the faucet and the valves under the bathroom vanity. While the price went up from initial ring toilet replacement, all work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. And this poor man had to deal with my 84-year-old mother, who wrote the check for an incorrect amount, and he was unable to cash the check. He was kind enough to come back out around my moms busy schedule. (have I mentioned she's 84 years old?!?) to pick up a replacement check for the correct amount. Kudos to JC Rooter for a great job. Well done!

I was told by a different plumbing company that I needed a regulator for my water pressure. I reached out to various plumbers for estimates and Julio responded fast and was able to come same day. Julio evaluated my water supply and noted that in fact I do have a regulator that is functioning just fine. Julio is honest and will not charge for something that does not need to be done. Will definitely be using Julio for my plumbing needs in the future. Very responsive and trustworthy!

I messaged a few companies to install an air gap for my dishwasher. Surprisingly a lot of people do not do this but JC rooter does! He did in about a couple hours and most importantly was very clean! He is very responsive and lets you know if he's running late. I will definitely use his services again for future service.

I needed my new propane grill converted to natural gas. Home Depot told me I needed a licensed plumber. I found several through yelp wand wasn't having much luck. JC Rooter was able to assist. They showed up on time and called me when they where about 30 minutes away. Inspected the grill, quoted me a price and stayed true to it. Even when they discovered they needed to make a trip to Home Depot for an adapter, they didn't raise the price. Will be keeping them in mind for future plumbing needs.
