The most positive experience I have ever had with a plumber! I needed my water heater replaced. Gerardo was very professional, transparent, excellent communication and customer service. We had to coordinate remotely because I live in a different state than where my property is located. Gerardo kept me in the loop via text and email throughout the entire job. He even sent me a before/after video of the whole thing. Gerardo gave me a fair and reasonable estimate for the job, no padded expenses or outrageous hourly rates, just fair and honest quote. Work was done on time and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. I will recommend again and again.
