Look, I want to be friends with the guys who came over and replaced my bathroom vanity and toilet. They were polite and cool. This company was straightforward and clear. No surprises! The professionals communicated with me the whole time. Their prices were also reasonable. Some other plumbing companies gave me sticker shock in comparison to JC. They may not know it, but they're my go-to plumbers for as long as I'm in their service area.

We needed the back outside faucet moved. They came right on time were fast and left everything very clean when done. The job involved cutting into the dry wall to move the the faucet and a new hole in the side of the house. The price was also very reasonable. We now have them in our phonebook if we ever need any plumbing in the future.

Our 20 year old water heater developed a small leak from the nozzle. Turns out it just needed a simple cap. Andrew and his partner replaced it for us at no charge! He also had a great sense of humor!

Great company, excellent service. Our garbage disposal jammed of course on a weekend. Called Saturday and they were all booked but could come first thing Monday morning, and they did. 9:00 in the morning Andrew arrived. Nice young man and after he fixed the problem showed us a video so if it happened again we could fix it ourselves. Took him 15 minutes and he didn't even charge us. Unheard of.

Would certainly use this company again for plumbing needs.

The toilet was leaking. The first tech Carlos was very friendly but needed another part to stop the leak. He was very friendly and professional. He said he would be here on Monday, but the company was able to send a tech on Sunday. Andrew fixed the leak and made sure it was not leaking again. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed chatting with him as he did the repair. My toilet is finally fixed, YEA. Very happy with this company.
