I have water pressure again! Thank you to the two exceptional plumbers that visited my home, both were professional, on time & were excellent at explaining the problem in terms I could understand. I had a great experience, from the first call to the office to the completion. I had been dreading calling a plumber because I believed my water tank needed to be replaced. Instead, and to my delight, it was a switch that needed to be replaced at the cost of $35.90. JC will always be my first call for any plumbing needs & my first recommendation.

Have used this firm for hot water heater and sump pump installation and have found their work to be excellent and their staff to be courteous and timely.Just had them come to replace a gas pipe and after looking at it they told me that it didn't need to be replaced and all was fine. A different plumber gave us an estimate of $650. to replace the pipe.
I will always call JC first.

Last year I was told the hourly fee was $85; time and a half on Sat. is $127.

We were charged for travel time to our home and charged for main man having apprentice with him (even though not needed) just because he was on other job with him so decided to bring him with (charged 1/2 his hourly rate).

I called to speak with owner twice and was told he would call me back and he never has.

I definitely believe they were trying to take advantage of us.

They installed my Dishwasher in my new construction home. Very prompt, professional, knew there stuff and were done in no time. Explained everything they had done and functions we didn't realize our new dishwasher had and what to expect with first run or two being a new appliance. They followed up later to see if everything was in working order. I highly recommend them.
