This plumbing company is awful! About 2 years ago we had a pipe leak. They came out to ""fix"" it. Now that pipe leaked again!
They charged us 4k to fix it again *after 2 yrs... Then we had a water heater leak on a weekend. I understand it is expensive on the weekend. However, we waited for 6 hours and they charged us for the night (after hours) which ended up being around $500 just to tell me what I already knew which was a water heater leak. They didn't even want to turn on the cold water that night. They said they were coming back the next day to check if it's safe to turn on the cold water and we never heard anything from them after that night. We were without water for 3 days. We just ended up calling Anderson plumbing and heating.

Lazy, incompetent, unprofessional. These guys consistently showed up to work late with breakfast burritos in their hands, shut down water without telling anyone in our building, lied about deadlines. The 19 year old they hired had zero respect for his customers, and is grossly incompetent. Do not hire if you like having running water in your home.

My building just went without hot water for five days and water completely for a whole day. We've had issues with this company for years and are not confident in any of the work that they do. Our community has been asking our Board of Directors to remove this vendor as the preferred plumber for the community for months now. We truly hope they do not come back to our community. We do not want them working on our buildings and we have lost all confidence in them.

EDIT since plumbing company responded:
Every single update we got from plumbing company was either a blatant lie or was wrong every single day they were here. Wednesday they were only doing work for about 3 to 4 hours. Thursday they were supposed to start work at 7 AM, it was not done. Friday they were start supposed to start work at 7 AM. He showed up at 7:20, left at 8:20 to go get breakfast and then sat in the van for about an hour to eat his breakfast. Thursday night we were guaranteed from the plumber himself that he was on the last step and that we were going to be able to take hot showers for the first time in days. Not only did he turn off the water completely without warning, he also left. How cruel is it to tell people they are getting hot showers numerous times and then to turn off the water completely without giving us a heads up to prepare. We've been begging our HOA for about a year now to not use this company. I don't know if anyone has any under the table deal and is getting paid out Or why our community continues to have so much loyalty with this company but we are fed up. Residents are not happy and we will not welcome this company.

It's also extremely professional for the company to tell the whole world where you live in their response. I guess the unprofessionalism is not only with the workers but in the office too.

I don't appreciate being lied to and JC Plumbing did just that.

JC Plumbing knocked on my door to my condo unit saying they urgently needed to fix a leak in the ""common line."" The plumber from JC Plumbing said they needed to cut a hole in the wall to access a common line pipe and that our HOA would cover all the costs including drywall repair. The plumber from JC Plumbing didn't say our HOA ""might"" cover it or advise us to check with HOA before proceeding. They said our HOA would cover all the costs associated with this job. As JC Plumbing is the designated company our HOA uses it seemed like the plumber spoke with HOA before knocking on our door.

We let them in; they did the repair. Lo and behold another leak forms where they did the repair. We asked them to send someone out again to fix it. They had to send someone the next day. They took all day to do so saying they accidentally sent someone to the wrong unit. So they sent a ""senior"" technician out who fixed the leak and said the piping/attachment was placed in the wrong spot. The senior plumber said they would be in touch to adjust the attachment and patch up the drywall but it has been a month and no one has contacted us. Now we are living with a hole in the wall and costs associated with that when we didn't have any plumbing issues in the first place and did not even call JC Plumbing in the first place. We didn't ask for this inconvenience and yet we have to deal with it.

Now our HOA is telling us we have to patch our own drywall or hire someone on our own dime. We were under the impression HOA would cover it because that is what JC Plumbing said. It felt like the employees from JC Plumbing wanted to say whatever they needed to say to gain access to our unit just to get their job done; not feeling no bad about telling lies to do so. Sounds like they are ok sleeping well at night. Meanwhile, we have a hole in our wall for a month and counting and I had to interrupt my work day to let them to do work.

They seemed respectful of my unit, putting plastic down, doing their work neatly. But this lack of follow-up and miscommunication ruins my view and experience with them.

I have names of the people that worked on our unit. Feel free to message me privately to obtain that info. They seemed hesitant to give me a business card of their contact info in the first place so that was probably the first red flag.

I highly recommend JC Plumbing!! I can't possibly say enough about this company and Victor coming to our rescue when our old cast iron pipes failed us and Roto-Rooter caused even more damage. Victor gave a reasonable quote and was honest about the work that actually had to be done vs trying to upsell unnecessary services and parts. Victor and his team got the big job done in 48 hours. I plan to use JC Plumbing for all of our future needs.

This 5 star rating and review is for Andres Lopez, the best service tech I've had sent from the company. He is incredibly comprehensive in his work. He takes great care to check out the issue to determine all possible causes, identify the specific cause, and inform me in detail throughout. He does great work, and checks his work thoroughly to make sure everything is resolved. He takes lots of photos and writes very detailed reports, which is wonderful for me as a customer to have for my records. He makes sure he explains everything that was going on and how it was repaired, and gives wonderful detail and demonstrations of it all so that I can better understand (as I am not familiar or well versed in plumbing). I am genuinely appreciative for all this meticulous effort, kindness and understanding, and thus am happy to recommend JC Plumbing & Heating. Bravo!

Having bought new washer/dryer and dishwasher at the Home Depot, the installers said the angle stops were frozen and they would not touch it until new ones were installed. I called JC plumbing that night and they squeezed me in for the next day. They sent out ANDRES LOPEZ, who was absolutely amazing on the fixes and did in GREAT job. He went above and beyond and we could not be happier with his workmanship!!! 5+ STARS!!! We will definitely be using you in the future and would highly recommend your services to friends and family.
