JC Plumbing did some work for us back in February 2021. Our direct interaction was with Victor. They were excited about our project and provided creative solutions to help us achieve our goals. The primary work included the installation of a new on-demand water heater. This required additional plumbing since we were relocating the heater on the opposite side of the house. The new heating system came with a recirculating pump that can be programmed or manually activated via wireless connection. The pump allows us to save water by priming the entire water line with hot water before opening the faucet.

After the initial install, there were some glitches with the system that needed to be resolved and Victor promptly returned to make the required adjustments.

Now it is August 2022 (18 months later) and everything is running great. Thank you to JC Plumbing for the strong support!

I contacted Victor at JC Plumbing last week to replace my shower valve as hardly any hot water would come out. He arranged an appointment and showed up on time and did an excellent job installing valve and connecting a new shower head which I selected and purchased. I've used Victor on several other occasions and have been very happy with the quality of his work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will use him any time I need his assistance with my plumbing needs.

kitchen sink backed up - called popular plumbing company. Snaked clean out. Offered to camera the line for free. Came back next day. Told me I had serious problem. Needed to replace old cast iron with abs - needed to jackhammer 1/2 my house in order to reroute the new line. They quoted me $35,000. My son recommended i call Victor before I make any decisions. Victor took care of my problem for $350. Victor is very honest, very reliable, will not do give you a service you don't need. I give Victor more than a 5 star rating. If you don't call Victor before anyone else, you are wasting your money on the other big companies.

Victor saved the day. Our water heater started leaking in our garage on a Sunday, and while other plumbers we called couldn't make it until Monday, Victor arrived within two hours. His quote was in our price range, and so he started working on replacing it with a new one right away. We would definitely hire him again for a wide range of future plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Victor! We had a water leak in our front yard coming from the inflow from the street. Of course, it happened on Saturday afternoon. Called a few plumbers, went straight to VM (no calls back to this day). When I contacted Victor he answered, even though he was on a service call in Point Loma. The phone connection was not great, so we communicated via texts. He said he could be out at 4:30 but he got caught in traffic and he kept me informed via text so I didn't worry about him showing up (since I'd never met him before). He arrived with his worker Arturo, and they immediately got to work and didn't quit until they found the leak. Tried digging in 2 areas on either side of the sidewalk hoping it wasn't under the sidewalk, but it was. They cut a section of concrete out, fixed the leak, put the slab back in place and cleaned up in the dark. He kept us informed throughout the process. Victor is a hard working and very professional, we will use him again without hesitation.

Our house had very old iron sewer pipes that were corroded and leaking.
These pipes were located in the narrow crawl space on the underside of the house.
Victor and his team completed the very difficult task of removing the pipe and replacing with plastic pipe. This was a major project and JC Plumbing completed the work professionally and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend JC Plumbing!

PS - - - They also installed a tankless water heater. Very happy with this work as well.

I had a big leak that was formed in the front of yard. No idea what it was or how bad it was going to be. Called several plumbers and had quoted me outright crazy prices. JC Pluming quickly answered my call and came out the same day and fixed it. Great low prices but super high quality work. Would recommend them to anybody, ask for Victor!

Responsive, friendly, professional, and skilled! I had a plumbing emergency and the company I usually use could not come for 4 days, so I turned to Yelp. I reached out to multiple companies and had to leave messages for most or submit a quote request. But when I called JC Plumbing, Victor answered the phone and said he could be over in about an hour. He completed the repair in a couple of hours, and did a great job. He even noticed a separate small issue and repaired that at no extra charge. JC Plumbing will be my first call next time!
