I very highly recommend JC Plumbing. Victor was prompt, professional and trustworthy. He knows what he's doing and did a great job on replacing my faucets and valves, and installing a garbage disposal. I had originally called him out to my condo to diagnose two leaks coming from the unit above me. He was very thorough and helpful with that so I asked him to do some additional work that I had been putting off. He was super helpful and did an excellent job. On top of that, he was on time and called to confirm appointments!

I called JC Plumbing late Saturday afternoon, Victor gave me an arrival time, texted me when he was on his way and then arrived 15 minutes earlier than promised. After a thorough inspection he was able to diagnose the problem and provided me a choice three different ways it could be remedied. The next morning he arrived at the promised time and again texted me to advise of his arrival status. Due to his taking the time to assess the potential damage, he found an alternate way to repair the problem which turned out to be less expensive than originally thought. Throughout the job he was extremely professional, his work was done neatly and he took steps to cover flooring where he and his assistant would be traversing. I am extremely satisfied, highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call upon him when needed.

Sorry for delay with my review. But better late than never. I like cooking and spend a lot of time (when I am not busy with my work) in the kitchen. And one day it turned to disaster- a garbage disposable stopped to respond!!! It was so bad to clean it with hands. And I was very happy to find this company:they were able to fix my garbage disposable in a kitchen sink before it could turn to a smelly septic tank . From calling for service and final switch on and off- just 2 days. That was fantastic!!

Two stars for communication.

JC came to a rental property of ours to replace wax seals on 2 toilets. He quoted me $350, to which I said no thank you. Seriously- each part is under $10 including new bolts, and replacing them would take a hour each max. So that's $165 per hour!

I've done this repair myself in other homes, but didn't have the time for these.

Victor was outstanding! He came out because of a leak in our copper pipe under the house. He fixed it, however for some unexplained reason, we no longer had HOT water with our circulating pump. Well, Victor came out and surmised that there was probably an air block in the circ. pump. He was absolutely right! He bled the line by inserting a hose bib release and VOILA!, we had hot water. Victor also had installed our hot water heater previously. He is smart, conscientious and is very personable. We can't say enough good things about Victor and JC Plumbing.

Looked through Yelp for help with a leak at the base of my toilet. Saw a review here with a similar problem where Victor told the homeowner all he needed was some caulking and did the job for $75 and thought I would call. I almost read the review word for word, stating I had some minor leaking at the base of my toilet and asked if he would come and recaulk. His reply, ""We don't do that. We have to replace the gasket."" The price quoted was the same as 2016 (that's why two stars instead of one). Funny how he can evaluate a plumbing problem over the phone and quote the highest bid. Needless to say, I didn't use him.
