I met Victor when he was working on my neighbor's house. Even though he was working on a job, he took the time to explain how a tankless water heater would work in my condo. We had him come by and look at what needed to be done. He thoroughly explained the work and modifications that would be or may be needed. On work day he arrived early and started work promptly. He kept me informed of the progress and any changes. During his work, we talked about replacing an aged garbage disposal. He offered a very fair estimate and completed that work the next morning. This is a follow up. The first time Victor came out was to access the work. After checking with some other companies we felt he was the best to do the job. He is a straight talker and was very fast at getting the job done. He also made a great suggestion that will save us money on future repairs. The hot water pipe was one thing but what we are thrilled with is him installing a gas pipe for our fireplace. He did a great job and now instead of a wood burning mess we have fireglass that is so easy to light. We use the fireplace a lot more now.

We noticed some water coming out of the water heater at about 6pm. After some investigating we realized the water heater had come to the end of its life and was leaking real bad. Victor came to my house within two hours of my initial call. He was very courteous and professional. He was very quickly able to isolate the leak and remove the old water heater. We allowed the area to dry over night and Victor showed back up at 7am sharp the next morning and installed the new water heater. His work was very clean, fast and friendly. Victor, from JC Plumbing, was probably the most knowledgeable and efficient plumber we have dealt with and, being long home owners in several locations, we have had the occasion to use many plumbers over the years. He is extremely customer oriented and spends the time to explain what can be done--particularly all the options at different price levels. We called JC Plumbing for an estimate on a variety of plumbing issues in the condo we had just moved into--poorly functioning toilets, an under kitchen sink corroded pipe and installation of shower heads (we supplied) as well as replacing tub plugs, etc. All of this was taken care of to our satisfaction +++. We highly recommend Victor at JC Plumbing and will definitely use him again.

We bought a new house a couple of days ago and the garage was a mess! I contacted couple pluming companies to come for estimate but when Victor showed up (same day of request) I knew he was THE MAN!! I know nothing about pluming but he explained everything that needs to be done in such a detailed and through manner. His rate was great and he gave me %15 discount on top! His work is top notch and he is super clean and has great attention to details. He was so nice that he didn't mind helping me with couple minor things around the house and he didn't even charge me extra for that. I had him set up gas line and water for a new washer and dryer in the garage. He started work nice and early and was able to finish everything as promised on a timely manner!
