I highly recommend Victor! We had a water leak in our front yard coming from the inflow from the street. Of course, it happened on Saturday afternoon. Called a few plumbers, went straight to VM (no calls back to this day). When I contacted Victor he answered, even though he was on a service call in Point Loma. The phone connection was not great, so we communicated via texts. He said he could be out at 4:30 but he got caught in traffic and he kept me informed via text so I didn't worry about him showing up (since I'd never met him before). He arrived with his worker Arturo, and they immediately got to work and didn't quit until they found the leak. Tried digging in 2 areas on either side of the sidewalk hoping it wasn't under the sidewalk, but it was. They cut a section of concrete out, fixed the leak, put the slab back in place and cleaned up in the dark. He kept us informed throughout the process. Victor is a hard working and very professional, we will use him again without hesitation.

Our house had very old iron sewer pipes that were corroded and leaking.
These pipes were located in the narrow crawl space on the underside of the house.
Victor and his team completed the very difficult task of removing the pipe and replacing with plastic pipe. This was a major project and JC Plumbing completed the work professionally and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend JC Plumbing!

PS - - - They also installed a tankless water heater. Very happy with this work as well.

I had a big leak that was formed in the front of yard. No idea what it was or how bad it was going to be. Called several plumbers and had quoted me outright crazy prices. JC Pluming quickly answered my call and came out the same day and fixed it. Great low prices but super high quality work. Would recommend them to anybody, ask for Victor!

Responsive, friendly, professional, and skilled! I had a plumbing emergency and the company I usually use could not come for 4 days, so I turned to Yelp. I reached out to multiple companies and had to leave messages for most or submit a quote request. But when I called JC Plumbing, Victor answered the phone and said he could be over in about an hour. He completed the repair in a couple of hours, and did a great job. He even noticed a separate small issue and repaired that at no extra charge. JC Plumbing will be my first call next time!

Victor at JC Plumbing gets 5 star reviews because they provide 5 star service. Victor just installed a new tankless water heater. He was 1 of 3 quotes I received. Now he wasn't the cheapest but wasn't the most expensive either. Let me dig into that a little bit! The cheapest quote I received was for a similar unit with no warranty on the service and a limited warranty on the unit. The most expensive was a 2 year warranty on the service and 10 or 15 year on the unit.

The reason we went with Victor was a) we have used him in the past for other plumbing and know the quality of work he provides. b) we trust Victor c) JC Plumbing uses top quality parts and will stand behind them offering a 10 year warranty on their work.

Like i said, he is trust worthy and that is a huge reason to use JC for all of your plumbing needs. Plus he is just an all around nice guy and easy to work with.

I noticed a broken pipe in the yard on Friday morning. Shut off the water to make some calls. I called JC Plumbing Green and got a quick response, same day repair. Pricing was fair and they were efficient, polite & customer friendly. I will definitely call them back for my future plumbing needs. I'm so glad I didnt have to get 3 bids or wait for an opening. I had water back on in the same day. These are the folks you want to call!

You will notice Victor consistently gets 5 star reviews and that is because it is well earned. This week Victor installed a tankless water heater and did a fantastic job. While he was here he helped me fix a shower valve that I was trying fix myself and failed. Victor has helped me out of a bind a few times and I will continue to use JC Plumbing for all of my needs.
