I called to have my water pipes to be checked through my house and I had two pipes that had small drips. Once they were done. They saw my main water pipe had a leak and it had corrosion on it. I had no idea because it was behind boxes. They fixed everything and I joined there maintenance program so once a year they will come out and check everything. Talk about having a piece of mind now. Also I did get a text with a picture of who is coming to my house and update on arrival time. Will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Very pleased with all aspects of our experience with JC Plumbing. From the time I spoke with Daniele, I could sense she was truly concerned about my plumbing leak (Very rare today). She assigned Christian an excellent technician, who explained the service costs and work completely and clearly. Fantastic customer service! Christian arrived exactly on time. He analyzed the leak and called Jack out for a second opinion. This was a tricky slab leak and not easy to locate and diagnose. They found the source of the leak and explained my options accurately. From the minute I met them I could sense trust and honesty. Christian called twice the night before the appointment and showed up exactly to the minute the next morning. Jack and Christian finished the job early and did not leave any dust or dirt after having to excavate inside my home to find and repair it. The work was completed on time and for the quoted estimate.
