Julio and team have been great to deal with. They answer the phone when you call, they're prompt and courteous, and up front with their pricing (which is also fair based on my experience). They took a look at a few issues in my house and were very honest about things that weren't a big deal (and how to fix myself without the need to charge me). What they did fix they fixed well. He came out and gave me a quote to fix the system to make it ""right"" (not a quick fix) with a quote which others in the industry told me was a great price. Julio and Tony came to repair a leaking main water shut-off valve required in order to install a dishwasher. They came within the hour and assessed the needed parts, fixing the leak by replacing the valve. Work was quick and efficient, along with courteous and polite service. Do yourself a favor and call JC plumbing. I requested a quote today after the another plumbing company cancelled our appointment two days in a row. Cesar came by just a few hours after I requested the quote. He's here right now fixing the issues and I wish we called him first instead of dealing with the headache with the other company. He's very honest and reasonable.
