They incorrectly installed a new hot water heater causing damage our homes entire plumbing. Additionally they took short cuts and did no get the required permits and post install inspection from the city which resulted in them getting a fine from the city.

Charged me for service I did not need, and no one figured out the correct problem until they dug up the yard and then they charged me additional for the correct problem. It only took 8 different plumbers from the company, and none of them figured out the problem. I was fine with letting it all go, but 3 months after the repairs ( 1 needed, 1 not needed), I kept getting emails from them telling them I needed to pay, when I paid completely before they started. Made me want to scream ""JC"".

Overpriced. Unnecessary Services. Do your research.

They tried to charge me $1500 to dig up my yard and fix a possible leaking pipe.

I decided to pay $40 for a shovel and find it myself. Found the leak after 30 minutes of digging, it was at the meter. The City came out and fixed it for free.

I had already paid $350 for them to ""detect a leak"" this was unnecessary. They should have emptied the water meter and saw that it was the city. I would have been happy to pay for the time spent to do that. $350 was way too much, and they were wrong.

I would advise you consider calling someone else.
